I appreciate the service team squeezing me in on a Saturday, when I pulled because one of my tires had low pressure. They got me in, after seeing a nail in my tire. Initially thought for a patch, but with 2nd nail found they ended up replacing my back tires. Taking time for this on a Saturday was greatly appreciated and I am very grateful.

Great service and warranty work.
Great service and warranty work. However no loaners, though they offer rides. Sent me home with FOB needing a new battery, they missed that warning. Room for improvement.

Justin was great from the time I dropped off my vehicle until the time I picked it up! He was very respectful, knowledgeable and communicative. I felt as if myself and my vehicle were important. The technicians completed the job in a timely manner and so far it appears like the job is successful! I am very satisfied with my experience.

Unprofessional and messy at best.
Unprofessional and messy at best. This dealer will sell you a used car with more problems than they let on and try and pressure you to pay 5 thousand dollars for an extended warranty. They refuse to fix anything on the car even if it comes up as broken 2 weeks after purchase, well within 30 days. I say find a different dealership that actually cares about what they sell and have far more pride in their product and job.

Hi, we’ve been emailing back and forth already. While you’ve been able to help with some of my frustrations, we cannot deny that I was sold a car with less than 3mm brake pads and that your financial guy gave me lots of attitude for not wanting your $5,000 warranty. I explained I didn’t want the warranty due to the outrageous price and that my family can do lots of the repairs. He proceeded to ask me if “my family knows how to repair electronic car parts” mentioning that my old 2006 is way far off from the 2019 I purchased. He said even some of your mechanics have the warranty because they don’t know how to fix it. If that’s true, you should hire some new mechanics. Why would I want to bring my car to your mechanics who can’t fix it? I was also never shown the inspection checklist and never signed an “as is” clause. Clearly the inspection was done incorrectly and I am suffering the consequences when I did nothing and was misinformed. Thank you for your correspondence and efforts, however, I remain frustrated.
