On this visit , Janna and Andre were timely and thorough. I liked how Andre checked to see if the parts were all there at the start of the visit. It suggested a note of thoroughness. Jenna is knowledgeable. Comforting . Not all service managers are as knowledgeable.

I recently purchased a new Hyundai Ioniq 6, and I couldn’t be more impressed—not just with the car, but with the outstanding service I received from Tim Pelcat at Morrie's 394 Hyundai. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right Hyundai EV-model. I settled with the Ioniq 6, almost immediately. It has already been about 2 months since I bought it, and I could not be happier with my decision. Tim answered all my questions with patience and clarity, walked me through every feature of the Ioniq 6, and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left the lot. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance and a clear commitment to excellent customer service. The process was also very efficient and straightforward: I test-drove the car, took one day to think about it, returned the next day and bought the car in less than 2 hours. Tim made, what in my experience had been a stressful process, smooth, enjoyable, and exciting. I am also pleased with the prize I got. Tim's colleagues were also very helpful. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend asking for Tim Pelcat. He’s a rising star in the industry, with previous experience in another dealership brand, and you’ll be in great hands.
