Lots of empty promises.

Lots of empty promises. Now had to call over six times for repairs they agreed to in order to complete the sale and it's still not done or even scheduled.

Sales experience was fantastic.

Sales experience was fantastic. Service experience- unfortunately had multiple- was very frustrating. Part of the problem was with Hyundai corporate but service department also missed in communication and thinks like returning car dirty.

The service center is polite and the intake process went

The service center is polite and the intake process went well. However, they were 45 minutes late from their estimate. I did not receive a comprehensive list of the status of the vehicle as I usually get. The work was performed satisfactorily but I don’t feel that it was worth five star treatment

Morrie's 394 Hyundai was wonderful to work with!

Morrie's 394 Hyundai was wonderful to work with! They were so kind and helpful! The sales process with David was easy (even with young children in tow) and the follow up care after purchasing was a pleasant surprise. Their General Manager Brad was great to work with, the team went above and beyond to help with a little problem the car had, they fixed it up without any hesitation. The Service Division was so sweet and informative, Kareem and Jenna were great! Overall I've had a great experience with Morrie's 394 Hyundai!
