When I called before scheduling my service weeks before I
When I called before scheduling my service weeks before I was told it would only take 1hr 45 mins to get it done. When I showed up on the day of my appointment I was then told it would take 4 hrs, I wasn’t planing for this so needed a ride back to my home since I wasn’t gonna wait there for 4 hrs. Dropped my car off at 8:30am, it was 2pm and I still hadn’t heard anything yet even though it had been 5 1/2 hours about my car yet so I called back. Was told that it should be done soon and a ride will come pick me up since I didn’t have my car. It was 3:52pm and I still hadn’t heard anything back so I called back and they said it just got done and a ride is on the way. Finally got my car back at 4:30pm 8 hours after I dropped it off when I was told it would only take 4 hours cause me to be 3 hours late to work since I had plan for it to take no where that long

Purchased a 2025 hyundai palisade calligraphy. Best buying experience ever. Exceptional service. Start to finish was quick and easy. Tim was outstanding. Very patient with our questions. Extremely knowledgeable, he knew the vehicle inside and out. Thanks to Ryan the sales General manager for making it happen and Allison in finance.. I’m grateful I took it to a Hyundai dealership as Morrie’s found the issue was still under warranty. I was slightly annoyed that I was receiving voicemails from several different phone numbers. My iPhone blocked the calls and I got the messages but too late. I was never able to talk to someone with information when I called. I always had to wait for their call back which my phone blocked. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service at Morrie’s Hyundi !

Very professional and friendly, clean and inviting space,
Very professional and friendly, clean and inviting space, yet they can drive you home so you're not stuck there. The mechanic shares pictures and videos of your car to share recommendations or condition of your car. It seems pricy but I felt i got great service.

Bought a car here that didn’t even last 2 hours before breaking down. Now they’re spamming me with emails and texts trying to resell me the same car like I forgot what y’all did. Be serious. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I'm sorry to hear about this. We helped immediately when you called and had the car towed in. We also refunded you and asked if we can either fix the car you selected, or pick a different one. We can't control if a car breaks but we can definitely do the right thing if it does. I am happy we did the right thing immediately for you. I apologize for this happening.
