Like I told Mario, "This ain't my first rodeo". I have bought new cars from Ford and Dodge, but the experience at Hyundai was so much better!... I never felt pressured to buy anything. I walked in the door, told Mario what I was looking for, at the price I could afford, and he found EXACTLY what I was looking for! As if that weren't enough, even after the sale was finalized, and the papers were signed, he didn't leave me hanging in the wind. He, and another employee got into my car, and showed me how to connect my phone to the car. They also explained all of the other technology, to the point that I felt comfortable enough with how everything worked, that I haven't even had to open the owner's manual yet. I'm very happy with the car, as well as the service, after the sale. I would absolutely refer a friend or family member to Wesley Chapel Hyundai! I don't know anyone in the market for a car, right now, but I will recommend your business as soon as I do!
Wants $200 per hour for service, pretty outrageous. Other Hyundai dealers 110 to 129 per hour. Going elsewhere as changing a sensor is not rocket science.
I bought a 2016 Elantra for my wife yesterday.This used 1 owner certified vehicle with less than 16000 miles is an absolute joy to drive.MY wife loves... her new car.I received a great price and actually enjoyed the buying process.Everyone was very friendly and there was no high pressure sales . I live in Polk County, 60 miles away but found the drive well worth it. Special thanks to Jon Lindeman who answered all my questions and helped move the whole buying process along. I give these guys 5 stars.

Best auto buying experience I ever had-period. friendly, honest, respected, fair minded. A 10+ to scott Goldsborough, an exceptional sales person.... I have a sight problem and they delivered the car tomydoor and spent about 30 minutes goingover and explaing the new technology. Dr. Charles
Joe Williams was awesome, he was concerned for my daughter's safety and general driving experience. He took the time to go over everything with her... and simple tips to keep her safe. Buying a new car can be a miserable experience, but I found Wesley Chapel Hyundai to be really great. Austin Lindgren was my salesperson, and he was knowledgeable,... patient and friendly. I bought a 2018 Sonata on the last day of the month! It could have been a madhouse, and of course they were very busy, but everyone worked hard to be sure we moved through the process as quickly as possible.
NOT happy - from a bungled deal which resulted in a higher price ONE WEEK after signing and driving off - which required new paperwork - and coming back... for a"free" oil change and told it's a 2 hr wait with appointment - you'd be wise to skip this dealership.
We will do a better job going forward, and you did have an appointment for 11:00am in service. As you arrived here at 10:52am, and were done by 12:15p...m with your service appointment. We would like to apologize to you for the time restriction conflicts that happened.

I was there to buy a car for my son who is stationed in Grafenwoher Germany with the Army. My son is PCS to the states in May and needs a car for his travels to Ft. Stewart GA. I started my journey with Charlie Epting, former Military (Army) who was very friendly, patient, and really listened to what we were looking for in a car. Charlie was very respectful and made it easy to do business with. We thank you for your service to this Country and for a great car shopping experience. Charlie’s definitely a keeper. On day 2 he took me over to Hyundai to look at the Elantra. It was then my wife and I got to meet the next part of the team that finished the transaction for me. Amos came out and sat with us and made it a note to get to know us. He must have spent 10 minutes with us and not one word about the purchase. Amos went above and beyond to help get us to the number that would work for my son. We could truly see that he cared about our son and wanted to help him get that car. Everyone there was friendly, no pressure, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make our deal work.
