Everyone was helpful and friendly!

Kristi was super great with listening to me about what kind of car I wanted and making sure I saw all of my options. She did a great job finding the exact car for me and I was very pleased with my first car purchase. Overall, my experience at Family Hyundai was super great and everyone was very friendly and able to explain things to me in terms I would understand.

I called in to verify that the vehicle I was looking for...

I called in to verify that the vehicle I was looking for was in stock. Courtney confirm it was in stock but told me she can’t negotiate prices unless I come in. I went to the dealer I spoke to Mr. Austin I showed him the deal I needed to buy the vehicle, he came back saying he got me a better deal so within 15 min he run my credit and made the deal... however when I went to sign the paperwork after they had already issued license pal yes I realized the term and payment was completely off. They lied and the manager didn’t event tried to work with me. Very disappointed

Oil Change (Free for life)

Rep/Tech didn't notice my Oil Changes are free; also wanted to know my status for my break pads which they didn't confirm.

Great experience.

I thought I needed additional service but was notified it was told it was not time yet. I has a coupon and they said to keep it to use when time is right for service. My car was ready in 45 minutes. Thanks Family Hyundai!

Oil Change

Had an early appointment for oil change and recall and was done and out the door in 45 minutes. Very friendly and efficient. Respected social distances and cleanliness.
