    I was looking for a new car. I put my phone number name and email in online and hit a text message at 6:30 AM on a Saturday. My only day off all week.... My phone didn’t go off just one time but 2 messages were sent from Bryson after telling him I won’t deal with pushy sales men. He proceeds to say he’ll call me at 10 am. A couple days later I get a call from Zack. He says he’s so sorry he sees how upset I was for getting the early text and he will do anything he can to find me a car. He sends me info for one car and stopped responding. Refusing to do as he said and help find any kind of car. I called back to the office and talked with Jonathan who claimed to be the office manager. That was even worse. He was straight up rude. Has no customer service skills and lost a customer who was willing to buy a car CASH if they gave me the time of day and not played around and worried about only credit maybe they will learn next time to take time to talk with customers.

    Absolutely horrible. They put you in the worst place for a car. Never tell you the actual price. Way over charge. Horrible service. Pulls money out whenever... they want. They lie and cheat their way into selling you a car and now I’m stuck in a horrible car and a horrible plan. NEVER GO HERE THEY ARE A SCAM. Jose and Johnny are people who should never be trusted. They should shut down and never open. They are just trying to get you to buy. There’s legit a post if not on a dudes desk that said “no matter what, sell that car “ and that’s so horrid they don’t care about you. They lie on everything

    I bought a car from LHM a couple years ago. When I purchased the car the salesman promised me a lifetime warranty that would cover "everything except... basic wear and tear" (brakes, tires, etc..). When my car had an issue I took it in and let the service center know I had a warranty. They took the car, diagnosed it and called me later with a quote to fix the CV Axel for $600. I told them I had a warranty and they looked it up and told me that my warranty didn't cover that. So I asked what it did cover and was told it only covers the drive train. When I told them what I was promised they said "yeah, we keep hearing that. They really need to stop saying that." So, they know it is happening, and haven't stopped their salesmen from saying that, but still refuse to honor the warranty that was promised. So I told them no thanks, I'll replace the CV Axel myself (took approximately 30 minutes). They still insisted on charging me $115 for the diagnosis. Refused to give me my car back until I paid. Then I get a call a few days later from someone following up to see how my experience was. When I explained it they said the same thing "yeah, we hear that complaint a lot. They really need to stop saying that." This is ridiculous! They know what their salesmen are saying and don't do anything about it or honor what was promised. I realize they are used car salesman, but they are doing everything possible to not only live up to the stigma, but make the profession far less trustworthy, if possible. I suggest management takes all the money at the beginning of the year (or quarter if they do quarterly quotas) that they have allocated for sales bonuses. Every time something like this happens they pay for it out of that account. If a salesman promises a lifetime comprehensive warranty, pay for it out of the bonus account. At the end of the year/quarter, if the account is empty, no bonuses for the lying salesmen.

    Zack and Mason did a very good job finding me a good car and then worked to bring the payment down to what I could afford, I would recommend Larry H Miller... to anyone looking for a vehicle.

    A good or bad experience with any business a lot of times depends on how well prepped you are for the transaction. Given I do doc prep / review for a living... and was thoroughly prepared for anything they might need, I did not have a negative experience with LHM. All Sales /Financing / Service Contracts were honored and I am happy with my purchase. If you do decide to purchase there have your employment history, pay history, references, LOEs and anything else they might need ready before you decide on a vehicle. Keep a log of all correspondences for reference and go with the flow. If you do that, your experience with LHM I believe will be hassle free and you'll walk out of there with the vehicle of your choosing.
