7 weeks to replace a battery.

7 weeks to replace a battery. 4 weeks in they said they had confirmed Interstate had the battery, 3 more weeks go by with no battery. Put in a ticket with Genesis, and 3 days later I had a battery. Driver who brought my car back got lost, and was an hour late, in turn making me late for a meeting.

Our brand new Palisade had various scratches and two

Our brand new Palisade had various scratches and two paint chips in the bumper which was to be repaired by the service center as part of or purchase agreement. Initially the repair was to take a couple hours. Unfortunately, that turned into a week. When we got the car back, they hadn't fixed the scratches and just put touch-up paint over the chips. The service manager even referred to it as a used car repair. I'm still working with them to get it taken care of properly, now coming up on a couple months after purchase. They've been kind to work with, but the result is unacceptable. Hoping they will make it right.

I needed to have body work done, first service, and have

I needed to have body work done, first service, and have new seat belts installed. The staff at Hyundai worked together to get everything finished so that I could pick up my car at one location. After having the body work done (hail damage) my Enlantra looked shiny new again and was clean from top to bottom, in and out. Everyone I talked to at two locations were so kind and polite. Thank you for great service.
