    I have had several Nissans of which three were purchased at Younger Nissan in Frederick. My most recent purchase was with the help of Jonathan Harper in Sales. Jonathan is a great help in the buying process but most importantly, he stays in touch afterwards. I highly recommend Jonathan if you are visiting Younger Nissan. I also have complete confidence in the service department. Doug has been there for many years and always takes the time to explain whaat is being done.

    For the purchase of my used vehicle, I was happy with the deal negotiation, extremely happy with the financing, but felt availability of the vehicle once the deal was made was poor. Kelly Tress was an amazing Finance Manager to work with. She explained the entire process to me and worked to get me where I wanted to be with my payments and included warranty. Rico Gaines was very helpful in making the deal work and responsive to my requests. I thought some things were out of his control and he was the put in unfavorable positions by the lack of work and coordination of others (i.e. vehicle being ready when I returned to pick it up the following day). Ken Jackson was receptive towards what was needed for to gain my business. He worked to get me great value for my trade in. I did not appreciate being told the car was not on the lot after the deal was made. I should have been made aware of this before the deal was completed. After I agreed to buy the vehicle, Ken then told me the vehicle was not on the lot(since it was taken to auction) and I would not be able to get it for another day. Ken offered to have the vehicle delivered to my house, but since I was heading back down to the area the next day, I offered to stop buy the dealership and pick it up. They did give me a great loaner car for the night. I was told that the vehicle I just bought would be ready for me the next day by 12pm. When I arrived the following day at 12pm, I had to wait over an hour for the team to finish detailing the car. They did fill my car with gas and sent me a 25$ gift card since I had to wait over an hour for the car. Not being able to take the car home the night I bought the car and the car not being ready when the team said it would leads me to say the availability of the vehicle was poor. The day before(Thursday) I bought the vehicle, I called, discussed and confirmed with Ken that I would be at the dealership the following day(Friday) with my trade in to work on the deal. I would have expected the vehicle to be at the dealership Friday since I confirmed the day before I was returning to work on the deal. Being told that the car was not on the lot after the deal was made does not increase my sense of trust with the dealership. I would recommend this dealership on some aspects(Value of trade in, willingness to work with you, financing). I would not recommend this dealership for delivering on commitments and transparency of information important to the customer).

    My wife and i have purchased multiple Nissan's from Younger Nissan and the service is the main reason why. Over the years i have dealt with a few different service advisers and they have all been exceptional. Today was the first day that i had the pleasure of meeting Joseph Geisbert and he did not disappoint. He took up right where the others have left off and i look forward to dealing with him in the future.

    I happened to be in the Frederick area when the message flashed on my dashboard that I needed an oil change. I decided to stop at Younger to have this done even though I knew I had a very limited time window. Joseph informed me that it was time for the 50,000 mile servicing and I said ok, but I've only got about an hour. He said no problem...and it wasn't! I complained to him that he didn't even give me enough time to find out who committed the murder on the TV show that I was watching in the waiting room! Joseph was very nice and very professional.
