If only more businesses were like Cupples! My mom and I were shopping for a car for her. She doesn’t like new technology so we were looking for an older model in great condition. Ross had several to choose from and we took a few out. My mom decided on a 2012 RAV 4. Since bringing it home there have been a few tiny glitches but Ross and his terrific assistant, Connor sorted them out, even coming to pick up the car so my mom wouldn’t have to worry. In fact, the selection of vehicles that Cupples had was so good I shipped one back west when I went home - Ross organized that too. It’s obvious that Ross and Connor take pride in the business and my mother and I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon what must surely be one of the best used car dealerships in New England.

Highly, highly recommend!! This was our first experience financing a car and Ross made the whole process smooth and easy. I was a little hesitant buying a car because of the stereotype that most car salesman are trying to rip you off... we did not feel that AT ALL with Ross! He wasn't pushy or "salesy." He was kind, helpful, and really went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and help us make the best decision. The whole process was so much easier and simple than we thought it would be and we are really happy with our new car and the financing we got!!!

This was one of our best (top 2) car buying experiences ever. Ross was excellent to deal with; he was very responsive in communication, and extremely low-pressure in his sales approach. I had the best experience ever. I ended up going to Cupples because my little 2007 Toyota Yaris with over 200,000 miles started showing it’s age. I loved the car and wanted to replace it with one with lower miles. I located one at Cupples and as others have stated, I trusted Ross right away after talking on the phone which made it worth the drive which was over an hour. My issue is that I don’t have a good credit rating because I usually use cash only. The last car I had financed was back in 93, but this time for various reasons I only had about half of the money. Ross was helpful from the start, more like a Social Worker than a used car salesman. At one point he thought that I might have to go with a newer car, 2012 or later. I went on the website and found an 2012 Audi that I fell in love with for 8,000 $’s, 2,000 more than the Yaris. I texted Ross about it and he said “No, you don’t want that car, it’s not reliable.” What used car salesman does that? Eventually he found a way to get me into the Yaris I was looking at, with only 94,000 miles. I absolutely love it, just like my old one but runs like It’s brand new. Better than my old one because I bought it with high miles to start with. This is the first review I have ever written, but after my great experience I felt it was the least I could do. Best car buying experience I've had in a while. I saw the car online, the car in person was exactly what was advertised, we did everything through email until I went to pick the car up...I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes, Ross had all the paperwork completed and ready for me as promised. There's a reason this place has such a great reputation. I'll tell everyone looking for a used car to shop Cupples first!

I just bought a car and it was perfect. The service was very quick, and Ross respond to all of my emails and questions very quickly. It was very easy to buy my car and he was very helpful and nice though out the entire process. Definitely Recommend!

I have bought two cars so far from cupples and the experience has been perfect both times. They work with you with your needs and your limits. They don't push you, they present their cars that meet your expectations and let you decide. They are honest with their vehicles. You show up and you don't need to comb through the cars to ensure they are quality. You just trust them and their work. Thanks for another great experience. I am certain when its time to buy another car I will first look at cupples before looking else where, it truly is just a calm peaceful easy going experience.
