Just finished up 3rd year of ownership of this wonderful used Nissan Rouge (2014). I have put 40,000 miles on it with only maintenance repairs and 1 ball joint. Couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. It had 72,000 when I bought it. One of the best car dealers I have dealt with. Have recommended Cupples to a few friends. Your dollars are well spent here.

Highly, highly recommend!! This was our first experience financing a car and Ross made the whole process smooth and easy. I was a little hesitant buying a car because of the stereotype that most car salesman are trying to rip you off... we did not feel that AT ALL with Ross! He wasn't pushy or "salesy." He was kind, helpful, and really went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and help us make the best decision. The whole process was so much easier and simple than we thought it would be and we are really happy with our new car and the financing we got!!!

I had the best experience ever. I ended up going to Cupples because my little 2007 Toyota Yaris with over 200,000 miles started showing it’s age. I loved the car and wanted to replace it with one with lower miles. I located one at Cupples and as others have stated, I trusted Ross right away after talking on the phone which made it worth the drive which was over an hour. My issue is that I don’t have a good credit rating because I usually use cash only. The last car I had financed was back in 93, but this time for various reasons I only had about half of the money. Ross was helpful from the start, more like a Social Worker than a used car salesman. At one point he thought that I might have to go with a newer car, 2012 or later. I went on the website and found an 2012 Audi that I fell in love with for 8,000 $’s, 2,000 more than the Yaris. I texted Ross about it and he said “No, you don’t want that car, it’s not reliable.” What used car salesman does that? Eventually he found a way to get me into the Yaris I was looking at, with only 94,000 miles. I absolutely love it, just like my old one but runs like It’s brand new. Better than my old one because I bought it with high miles to start with. This is the first review I have ever written, but after my great experience I felt it was the least I could do. Best car buying experience I've had in a while. I saw the car online, the car in person was exactly what was advertised, we did everything through email until I went to pick the car up...I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes, Ross had all the paperwork completed and ready for me as promised. There's a reason this place has such a great reputation. I'll tell everyone looking for a used car to shop Cupples first!

I just bought a car and it was perfect. The service was very quick, and Ross respond to all of my emails and questions very quickly. It was very easy to buy my car and he was very helpful and nice though out the entire process. Definitely Recommend!
