After having gone to numerous big dealerships like Ganley, where the customer is clearly not the priority this place provided exceptional customer service.... I spoke primarily with Brian and he was very easy to work with and willing to budge on pricing. The process was painless and easy and he never pressured me to buy a vehicle. Even after purchasing I had a minor issue with one of my tires and he paid for it, no questions asked. Overall the experience was excellent. They might not have the massive selection as some dealerships, but the customer service and pricing will not be beaten.
Brian was great to work with he responded quickly to my questions. Although I did not buy a car yet, I do plan on going back when I do.

I was looking for a daily-driver for my wife to shuttle the kids around, etc. I found the make/model she wanted at Lease Car Sales that had low miles,... was still covered by the factory warranty, and was cheaper than other dealerships. I contacted Brian and he was very helpful. He took detailed pictures of the vehicle and emailed them to me. He was upfront about the minor wear and tear one would expect on a used car. Once we came to terms, I told Brian I would be flying in to pick the car up and he even offered to pick me up at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, Brian gave me the keys and let me inspect/test drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted. After I checked everything out he pretty much had all the paperwork ready and I was out the door in less than 30 min. I have bought a few cars online from out-of-state dealerships and this was by-far the best experience. Brian was honest and helpful. There is always a sense of skepticism when you aren't doing everything face-to-face, but I was very pleased with how everything went. I almost never write reviews on anything, but the positive reviews on Lease Car Sales helped me choose them so I thought I would do the same for others.
I located a 2012 Honda Civic through cars.com and worked with Brian from Lease Car Sales to purchase it. The experience was stress-free, and I was able... to purchase a car with very low miles that is in great shape for a lower price than I could find anywhere else. Having bought many cars over the years, let's just say that is not my favorite activity. I wanted a new-er van for the family. I spoke with Brian and told... him what I was looking for and he shared with me what he had on the lot. He also informed me that he could aquire vehicles weekly and he could search for a van on my behalf. Once he received the van, he took pictures and emailed them to me right away. I made the 100 mile trip to look at the van and was greeted right away and told that I could take the van for a test drive. I decided to purchase the van and he took my trade offering me a fair value. The whole process was seamless. The icing on the cake was when Brian took the time to take the CD's out of the CD player and ship them to me along with the remote for the van. Seriously, who does that? The dealership is nothing fancy , but I don't need biscotti and a massage to buy a car. I just want a good price and treated fairly. That's exactly what I received. I will look here first before buying any vehicle in the future.
I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to buy a used car 230 miles away and in a different U.S. state, but Brian at Lease Car Sales 2 made it absolutely... convenient and I felt totally at ease. LCS2 went out of their way to give me a great deal, sent me the carfax, pictures and answered any questions I had. They also gave me a fair deal on my trade in. It was totally worth driving the 4 and half hours to buy the car! I love the car and I would totally buy another car from them! Thank you Brian!
I purchased a GMC Envoy and was told it needed a transfer case. The offer I gave was based on that and come to find out, it wasn't the transfer that needed... replaced. After I purchased a transfer case and took it to have it changed the mechanic told me that it was the front carrier that was bad. In the end it cost me twice as much as I thought it was going to cost when I made the offer.
We sold this GMC to Mr. Uhl with the understanding that the 4X4 was not working. We had the car advertised for $4,900 after explaining to the custome...r that the 4X4 was not working we decided to sell the car for what a wholesaler offered us in its current condition. That price was $2500. We were told by a mechanic that it was the transfer case but could be more when it was taken apart this was all agreed upon by Mr Uhl. We do have all the paperwork signed to that understanding. We never received a call from Mr Uhl telling that he had a problem if we did we would have gladly bought the car back for what he paid, as I said we sold it to him for the same price that we had a wholesaler would have paid. I am sorry that Mr. Uhl had a bad experience but if he just would have called me we would have bought the car back.
This is the first time I bought a second car from the same dealership. As a female I have encountered many rude, disinterested or pushy salesmen when car... shopping. Usually I dreaded car shopping to the point that I would settle for less than my expectations. My last 2 purchases here (5 1/2 years apart) have been very pleasant. The salesmen here have been honest and straightforward about my expectations, both positive and negative. They committed to finding a 2 year old CR-V with less than 15000 miles. I got mine with 9000 miles and paid less than most advertised with 20000 miles. I also used their financing for the first time and it was about 1/2 the rate on my previous vehicle. I wasn't thrilled with my trade value, but after they showed me different online estimates I at least felt the price was fair and reasonable. A good experience without the hassles, games and lengthy negotiations. Kind of fun.
