Shady business

First of all let me start by saying I drove almost 6 hours from Ohio to buy a used vehicle from this dealer. The salesman was very friendly and would quickly respond to any questions I had. After traveling to buy this vehicle we headed home to Ohio when a couple hours down the road the check engine light comes on!!! Imagine how that feels! Especially, when you just traded a vehicle that had NOTHING wrong with it, only double the amount of miles. I immediately texted the salesman and he tells me the vehicle still has power train warranty for 3 months or around 3,000 miles. Turns out it’s 2 weeks or 3,000 miles. After taking it to my local Jeep dealer, the oil pump is bad! Thank god it was under warranty. However, I have not had it but two weeks and I have replaced oil pump, altenator, battery and breaks. Not even made my first payment. After all of this bad fortune I feel like I should just let them know what they sold me. So I message the salesman that was always so quick to communicate with me before.. no response. I understand it was a AS IS sale but no one in their right mind would believe they thought this vehicle had no issues. Especially enough to ask top dollar for it! So in my book this place is shady and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.

We called about the vehicle this morning at 11:AM to set set up a test drive. We arrived 45 minutes later, drove the car and one hour after the test drive we were signing papers. The dealership team were prompt, efficient and friendly. We especially appreciated Scott Henderson's service!

Worst VW dealer service center I have ever been to...

Worst VW dealer service center I have ever been to dishonest and break your car trying to fix something else and charge you for the parts they brake and deny warranty work STAY AWAY!


Walk-in Oil Change

Needed an oil change and Breyer VW was able to take me in without an appointment. Service was quick and I was on my way in no time. Very accommodating! VR

Recently bought a TDI

I had a great experience at this dealership because this wasnt like ever other dealership. When i got there i met the salesman i had been talking to for a couple of weeks named Javan. He was an awesome guy and was really laid back. It was cool bc they didnt try to shove the car down my throat and make me buy it like other dealership just gave me the fact told me the numbers and let me decide. Highly recommended for a great car buying experience.


First service on my certified pre owned Vw

My car had nearly 46000 miles before coming in for the 40000 mile service. It is a big one and expensive. Everything checked out ok, the car runs great. The car looked good I’m satisfied.


10,000 mile service

Scheduled my 10,000 mile service online. Showed up at the time I picked and was greeted by my service provider. Check in was painless and they did not upsell services. Car was ready when they said and I was well pleased.

We purchased a 2018 Mazda3 sedan with John as the sales person who helped us. The whole experience was great. No pressure. Just suggestions. We ended up buying the next model up from what we were thinking about but the the safety features were worth it plus they were able to give us a great price. Wonderful experience all the way around.
