    Perfect! It was my first service visit at Volvo of Winchester. I easily made the appointment online. Ryan checked me in quickly and had me on my way with a loaner. The service was performed quickly, and the no charge exterior wash and interior sweep was great! It is an excellent service department.

    Extremely friendly, very interested in making things right for the customer. Highly recommend. I purchased a used Audi A4 Avant from this dealer, and there was unfortunately an issue with the engine (oil consumption). Audi refused to fix the engine even though it had been recalled. So I brought it back to the dealer and asked what they could do. They put me up in a loaner car for over 6 weeks while they rebuilt the engine. I am very happy with the lengths they went to to get it right - highly unusual among car dealers. I also recommend working with Kelly. Thought the process from initial sale to taking care of the mechanical issues she was friendly, professional, understanding, and great to work with.

Clients can always pick up on negativity... There was absolutely none... In fact , I perceived a happiness in them... Leads me to believe they work for a great employer ¿

    Our 2013 Volvo XC60 had an odd problem - the driver's door would not open from the inside. The pros at DB Volvo diagnosed the problem and ordered the new door panel needed to fix it and we were soon back on the road! Thank you DB Volvo!
