Terrible service. They need to review their staff
There are a few people at the service desk that need their people skills reviewed....and some should be fired on the spot! Rude, non-caring, more interested in their cellphones than the customer!
Our salesman Cody was awesome. He explained everything well and had an answer to all the questions we asked. Not only for the vehicle we purchased but also the other vehicles & the truck my husband looked at. Very satisfied! Thank u! Thank u!
Outstanding customer service and consideration
A woman service rep was extremely courteous and was able to give me a reduced rate for my oil and lube when I forgot to bring my coupon with me; although it was $10 more than I'd anticipated, I did receive more service work done, and I really appreciated that!
There was an unexpected problem that I was made aware of with my brake system. I was told to order the part from the mainland would take 3-5 days and the part cost alone was in the neighborhood of $589 however the service dept. would call other automotive shops and if they could find the part would install that day. The part was available in Hilo and the cost was only $89. The cost of my entire visit was almost cut in half. Not only was a very happy knowing that my vehicle was safer to drive but that the service depart thought outside the box. I am a widow and rely heavily on trustworthy people. Unexpected expenses make a huge difference in my budget. I must also say how ridiculous the mark up for this particular part is coming from the factory on the mainland in lieu of buying what I think is a generic part and just as good. Thank you Toyota. I know it would be less expensive taking my car to a non dealership but again I trust the name and folks at DeLuz. Aloha.
Monique was my service representative and she was absolutely fantastic! She handled everything so calm when there were many customer needs to address. She is a gem.
The person who checked me in was friendly and courteous and so were the van drivers. I loved being able to drop off my car and get a ride to work and back - big plus! The work was completed very fast as well.

Great Purchasing Experience
The no pressure style of salesmanship. Bliss and Juan were very helpful with the entire process. No pressure sales pitch. The delivery of the vehicle was very well done with introductions to all the key players that will help owning this vehicle a pleasure.
Quick and timely service
Service repair work was done timely, and finished prior to noon time table. My noon time table was because I have a prior lunch appointment, which I attended. Thank you.
