When I called about the car, Tanner answered the phone

When I called about the car, Tanner answered the phone right a 6pm and answered all my questions without playing games. I knew what I wanted and he was able to tell me what I needed to know. Natalie in finance sent me pictures of the car when it arrived and made sure I got the financing I needed. She went above and beyond in my opinion. I was able to buy the car electronically and through face time. Brandy also helped when I called to check on my vehicle and helped me sign the final documents when I went to pick up the car. It was the best car buying experience I have had. And they did not try and upcharge me 5-7K like other dealerships

Inquired about an elantra n on a Monday purchased and signed paperwork Tuesday they got the car to me Wednesday night I live in Colorado over 600 miles away. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions Don Kirkpatrick provides excellent customer service as well answering all my questions even still after the deal was done. Always replies quickly and has an excellent attitude.

Tried to rip you off on trade ins. Just not a good experience this time. We have used this dealer before and it was great. Probably won’t use them again.
