    Was told we got approved by the bank just to get a call a week later that we needed to return the vehicle because they made a mistake and we were no longer approved Upsetting?.. Very but the manager ended up getting things fixed and got us approved by the bank so we got to keep the car! I don't know if I would recommend people to this dealership because I wouldn't want them to have to go through the experience we went through but I know we are all human and we all make mistakes! However if someone does go to this dealership ask for Yvette! She was helpful and a great sales lady! Even through the mess up she tried helping us so we could keep our vehicle!

    The sales lady was nice and wonderful but the other people there don't know how to get their stuff together! Told us we were approved by the bank just for a week to pass and tell us to turn in the vehicle because they made a mistake and the bank no longer approved us!!

    College student went in for oil change with a coupon, they didn't want to honor it. She called father for advise, they finally agreed to honor it even though they said it was not their add. The Add clearly says Mike Shaw. They don't have no knowledge of whats going on with there department. When student leaves they clearly added more charges for a $25.00 oil change. Hate that they take advantage of younger Adults/College students who are just trying to save money because on a budget and some that are shy. Especially in this community where there are lots of college students. Please be careful of what they charge you when you go, they do not care. Nothing but problems with the service.

    I purchased a new Chrysler 200 in March, sadly it was victim to the bad weather in May. My insurance considered my car a total loss. Since it was a brand new vehicle, gap informed me that the process may take, weeks, maybe even months & informed me i wouldnt be able to purchase another vehicle until the process was done.. On june 29th my mother called Kia, explained our situation, & asked if there was any way they could help us.. Well, now Thanks to Mr URBAN CHUPE I am a proud owner of a brand new 2016 Kia Optima Ex.. but wait, the best part is that june 29th was my birthday. It took lots of hours, lots of paperwork, & lots of energy but on June 29th at 11:00 Pm, I drove home in a new car. That by far was the best 21st bday present i could ask for! (By the way, my chrysler is still in the process of getting paid off.) If your shopping for a vehicle, no matter what your situation is, i HIGHLY recommend Urban Chupe!! He will not let you down. I did not think it was possble to get a new vehicle with a brand new vehicle on my record but he turned the inpossible into reality. I could not be more happier with my new car. I am beyond satisfied and grateful with Mr chupes help!!

    Our experience at Mike Shaw Kia was definitely an experience to remember we had an amazing sales man Named Doug Gresenz. He was a very Honest,Caring Salesman that didn't hide around the bush. We told Doug what are budget was and he sure did find cars within that price range! Sadly we didn't end up purchasing a vechile that day due to uncontrollable reasons.But Hopefully within the future Will definitely being seeing Doug again! We highly recommend him!!(:
