    I just purchased a used vehicle from Shannon motors in Woonsocket .We were a little nervous about what the results would be.Due to some hard times we went through over the the last few years, my credit wasn't the best ,but we needed a vehicle.We heard some good things about Shannon motors,but we didn't have much confidence.so I would go online ,look at cars saying this would be a nice car ,but didn't know if we could get one.Well a wonderful lady called us ,her name was Shannon Souza,very nice personality and she was very patient with us,because we still didn't think we had a chance,so while we didn't think there was a chance of owning something nice ,she would leave a message asking if we were still interested in buying a quality vehicle in which she would follow that by saying she would guarantee we would leave with a car and would be very happy ,she didn't know this but she started making me believe maybe I could get a car.So finally I made an appointment but I wanted the appointment to be in the Woonsocket branch and Shannon souza was in warwick , I guess it was meant to be ,Shannon moved to the Woonsocket branch that weekend of my appointment well needless to say me and my wife felt very comfortable with her there.then I meat Jared the owner who seemed to do all he could to get us in a preowned vehicle, and there was this young ladie also named Shannon who did the paperwork ,she explained everything clearly to us ,I guess having a name Shannon doesn't hurt when you work for Shannon motors.everyone made us very comfortable ,and they weren't pushy like some salesman can be .I just had to share this to anyone looking for a nice peowned vehicle with people who really want you to be in a in a nice car .thanks

  • Began well but not now

    I had such a positive experience at Shannon from salesman Paul Reis. It was a stress free process. Not after that though.. change oil light is on...

    I had such a positive experience at Shannon from salesman Paul Reis. It was a stress free process. Not after that though.. change oil light is on the next day after I buy the car. I call and am told I need to go to Shannon because someone did not reset the change oil button? And it has to be during my work hours, closed at 4pm. Then today I am told that I need to meet the Shannon person registering the car , 3 days before the temp plate ends.. because they need the vin # and they do not have the title I am told? Then Autopay sends me recall notices. I call Shannon and no one calls me back at Shannon including the salesperson.Then yesterday and today the car stalls in the morning on my way to work at stop signs or lights. . I call Shannon again today and they put me through to collections, then someone's voice mail. I call back to speak to a person in management and she tells me I need to take it the dealer for recalls and that is probably why it is stalling when I stop. I ask where? She does not know. Then I am told where to take it to..a Chrysler dealer. Now I have to take it there to be checked out about the recalls. And if the car stalling is NOT due to recalls, back to Shannon it has to go and I am told that they have no loaner cars as I leave it there 1/2 day or more. sorry...I think I got a bad deal on this Chrysler 500 2015. I tell the manager I think I need to return this car. I am told I cannot.
