I am not the type to normally take the time to write reviews, but I really wanted to after my recent experience here. Too much atrocious customer service... out there, so credit where credit is due. I was going to state that there was no pressure here, but that was not totally the case. Hear me out, though. The difference here is that I only went in on a lark and wasn't fully ready to commit to buying something; I just wanted to see what was out there. I was looking for a nice, low mileage, AWD van that I intend to convert for my own uses. Where the pressure came in, now, was that they made me an offer that I could NOT say no to. Example: I told them what I needed for my trade-in, but implied I would take a little less. I guess I am used to getting low-balled and wanted to just let them know what my limit was. What do these guys do? They offer me a fair amount OVER what I told them I needed to get to think about a deal. Damn! Okay, so I push my luck a little. I inquire about the five-year, 100,000 mile, power train warranty for my full-sized all wheel drive van. I propose a little more than half of the price of the warranty to the big man, Craig, the manager. He accepts. Damn again! Ok, I am sold now. Where do I sign? I haven't been in for service or anything yet, so I can't vouch for that. I have a few plans for mods for my van, so I will, if possible, update this review. I am pretty optimistic though. Their lot is relatively small but the selection is large. Really a nice place if you're into vans. They have other types of vehicles as well. You can't go wrong with Mark and Craig and the guys. Check them out!
