Strange shutdown
Aaron Younger was so supportive to work with. My 2019 Ford Edge shut down completely at a traffic signal. I was able to put it in park and restart but had to make sure the auto shut down was off. Aaron had never heard of it doing that. When it did it again the next morning he researched the problem and had me come in and test drive it with a tech. Luckily it did it again and it got to spend the night. They found out it was the battery - and replaced it and so far everything is fine.

Excellent Dealership
Al Packer Ford is in my opinion how every dealership should be. The facility was exceptionally clean, roomy and organized. Not only is the facility nice, their efficiency was just as good. My salesman Tom Miller was always quick to get back to me with any concerns including after the car purchase. One would think the urgency to get back to you after the sale would drop but not here. I'm looking forward to servicing my car at this dealership as well.

Purchasing a new truck
The dealership layout is easy to find what your are looking for. The sales team was very helpful Ryan was my sales rep , he was top notch. Floor manager was Russell Martin he went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible like price, financing, rebates . The whole team stayed an hour and a half after closing time to finalize the deal for me. Thank you all, best new truck purchase ever. Thanks Scott Doane

Arnold Silverman assisted my wife and I in finding the vehicle and options we were looking for. The Sales manager also helped make the deal happen. Arnold even came in on his day off to deliver the the Edge to us an go over the options. We are very pleased with Al Packer and our new Edge.
