From the time we walked in until the time we left absolutely everyone in the building was very helpful. This was our first buying experience at Safford of Warrenton. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for all of my vehicles.

We had a few issues on our Wagoneer that ended up being
We had a few issues on our Wagoneer that ended up being all unrelated but it required us to make multiple visits over the span of a week or so. Amy was our point of contact during the entire time. Her communication was timely and thorough. She continuously kept us up to speed on the progress of the work being performed and was very pleasant to work with through a stressful few days. Marvin worked tirelessly to diagnose and ultimately fix the issues we were having. We are back on the road thanks to those two outstanding individuals. Kudos!!!
