Michaud Mitsubishi

Overall I had a great experience at Michaud Mitsubishi. Coming from out of state, I called ahead to test drive a used Jeep. When I arrived, Kyle was waiting for me with the car ready to drive. Kyle seemed genuine in our conversations and tried hard to answer any questions. Kyle was not pushy in trying to get me buy the car and accommodated my requests for work to be done on the Jeep as part of the deal. There were a few mistakes (clerical paperwork and Carfax info, which they no longer use. Ask for both Autocheck and Carfax if you can) made by the dealership that had me concerned when I initially left the dealer. I later called to speak with Kyle, and he did his best to answer my questions. I ended up speaking with Kevin Michaud about my concerns, and in our conversation, I was assured the car I bought was in great shape, and the paperwork mistake would be fixed. I have only heard great things about Michaud Mitsubishi, and I am glad to have purchased my car from them. I encourage everyone to check out Michaud and ask for Kyle. My fiancé went to finance a car from Michaud Mitsubishi on 114. He had a cosigner because of the negative equity he had on his van. A couple weeks later his cosigner got a call from a different bank than the one on the signed contract. When he went to talk to the dealer thinking there was a mistake, they said they were looking at a signed contract listing this other bank with his cosigner as primary and him as secondary. When he went in and saw this so called signed contract, it was FORGED. The original deal did work out so the dealer FORGED a legal document to keep the sale (we already had the car for a couple weeks at this point). There was no way to get out of the sale without coming up with the $5,000 in negative equity we had on the van so we still have the car. Buyer beware.

I was having a strange issue with my throttle and called Craig to see if he could take a look. We found out there was a recall on a relay for my 2015 Lancer, so we picked a saturday that I could come down from New Hampshire have have it taken care of. We thought, hopefully, that the relay would fix the throttle issue. Turns out it was a bad set of brake light bulbs (weird) but Craig and I spoke many times about the issue over the course of the week leading up to the service appointment. The relay was replaced without issue, everyone I saw and spoke to at the dealership was fantastic and professional but I have to mention again the personalized service and care I received from him. Make sure you guys keep him happy behind that service desk, because it seems like he goes above and beyond for every customer.

Drove by the dealership saw a truck on the front lawn that looked good. Stopped in spoke to Zack and got a price. Zack also let me know they had another dealership down the street that had more trucks that I was looking for. Couple of days later came back and spoke to Peter Lane who showed me several trucks from both locations. Peter Lane devoted a lot of his time finding me the truck I wanted. After several test drives I found the truck I wanted and Peter got to work with the numbers. So thankful to Peter Lane for being such an honest person. He made this stressful process very easy to deal with. I would recommend anyone to Michaud Mitsubishi and ask for Peter Lane.

There is no other way to describe my experience but quick pleasant and convenient, from the start I was well taken care of all of my needs were met. Prior to this I had visited to other dealerships one of them twice and was repeatedly given a run around.

Having just bought my wife a car two days ago with another dealer, the difference at Michaud was noticeable. Mary Kate is great, friendly and efficient. She is there to sell you a car, but I didn't experience any of the games many dealers play. No hours back and forth haggling, pricing and offer on my trade were both fair the first time. Even the financing was a good experience. I forget the name of who I was taken care of, but also efficient and friendly. Overall great experience, will go back in the future

We had stopped into the annex on Route 1 where we met Jim Murphy. He didn't have any cars that matched what we were looking for at that particular location but he was equipped with the inventory at the Route 114 location. He showed me a great Kia Rio for a good price with low milage. He was knowledgable and honest. My family and I felt very comfortable making this purchase.
