This dealership is a total scam!

This dealership is a total scam! Every other bad review you read is absolutely true. We called to verify that a vehicle we were interested in was available and confirmed it was, we drove over two hours to see it and when we arrived, they told us that they no longer had the vehicle and they tried to sell us another car instead. do not waste your time. This dealership is a complete joke.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Horrible experience with this dealership. Agreed on a price and they tried to push a ceramic paint treatment which I repeatedly denied. Finalized with the finance dude Rob, who masterfully conned me into additional options I didn't want. They don't give you printed copies of purchase agreement only on a USB drive which when opened later on my PC I discovered the unwanted options. I called and demanded they remove them but to no avail. Their "No Fear" 3 day return policy is bogus as well they would not take my car in for another. Don't buy from this dealer!

Went to the dealership to buy a new Ford Maverick very nice salesman. Unfortunately everybody else was not very honest people they did not tell me the interest rates they added add-ons without telling me yesterday I signed the paperwork. Yes, I was rushed. Nothing was explained and the other Dealership to explain what you’re paying for what they’re adding on and ask if you wanna buy or not, not just put on paper and blindside people They are very dishonest. I will never shop there again and I will tell all my friends and explain to everybody about this Dealership.

Went to the dealership to purchase a Ford Maverick. I was never told the interest rates and upon reading the paperwork at home, they added extra services that I did not ask for, and I was never explained. This place is not very professional. They lie to you. They hate stuff anything to get the total price of the car up.. Very dishonest place and not trustworthy I will never buy anything from there again

I was misled about a vehicle I was inquiring about even

I was misled about a vehicle I was inquiring about even after point blank asking if there were anything wrong or that I should have known. Iwas told that nothing more than anyother truck with that many miles on it. I checked the car fax included and found out the truck had been off road and quit running and had to be towed out from where it was.

Predatory dealership that claimed advertised price online

Predatory dealership that claimed advertised price online was a mistake. $6,316 discount off MSRP was advertised along with a "FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY! Kunes Country Exclusive - Complimentary LIFETIME WARRANTY on all new vehicles at no charge!". First OTD quote was for $9000 OVER MSRP. Was lied to by sales associate Dylan and sales manager Jason. Avoid.

This place advertises vehicles at prices they will not

This place advertises vehicles at prices they will not honor. Ad was 26. They said 28. Brought the price to their attention. Rebecca said she would honor the online price. They went online and raised their prices by 1000 and then a guy named Dylan said the price was almost 30. Told me nearly 4k more than advertised. They said their prices were an online error and they fixed them. He became condescending and said he had worked for Ford for 5 years. What McDonald’s did this clown work at before that? So I showed him the vehicle at 27 online stil. He stopped responding. These people are the greasy cars salesman you hear all the bad things about.

A terrible experience. Don’t waste your time. The prices are not true. They will tell you it’s an AI mistake even if you verify pricing prior to making the trip. Dishonest, cheaters, absolutely rotten to the core. 😡😡
