My initial complaint was regarding service with Porter Nissan where it was later determined that it was actually Nissan that was preventing my repairs.... The service manager made several attempts to convince Nissan that this was a cause and effect issue however Nissan balked at the repairs. The service group at Porter are top people to deal with and will go the extra mile for you. After it was all said and done Porter was in my corner.
Would never buy or have service here again. I had work done in August, they had my care for 9 days for a Nissan issue. Warranty ran out so I paid full... price for service. The new part that was put in defected again and Porter will only cover the part not the damage caused by the faulty new part. They are expecting me to pay 800 to 900 dollars after paying over $1500 to get the initial problem fixed.

I was pleasantly pleased when I received an email acknowledging my interest in purchasing a car almost immediately. A salesperson wrote me a nice invitation... to come test drive the vehicle that I was looking at. I bought a vehicle at another dealer but I'd have to say I would definitely recommend Porter Nissan because of their willingness to help you through the process even if you didn't purchase YouTube car there thank you.
