I was so impressed with my entire experience at Royal...

I was so impressed with my entire experience at Royal Kia! Juan Vazquez was wonderful! He took the time to go over all of my options and made sure I got exactly what I wanted in a new car. He kept in touch with me, listened to me and made me feel so comfortable! I've never been so impressed with a car buying experience before! When I made my purchase, Juan and Matthew both stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure everything was perfect for me. I even came back a couple days later and spent some time with Juan learning how to use every feature on my new car! I've been so happy with this process! I know I will be a part of the Kia family for life! Juan turned me from a Honda girl to a Kia girl! I can't stop smiling and talking about my experience with him and at Royal Kia! Thanks Juan!

Juan the sales Consultant and Eddie the Manager were awesome! Very friendly and worked with my wife and I through the whole process! They understood what we wanted and needed, and with no pressure. They wanted us to have the best car for our needs. I would recomend you go to Royal before you go any where else in Tucson. Thanks to you both guys!

I looked at a vehicle at this dealership based on a...

I looked at a vehicle at this dealership based on a suggestion from Royal GMC . Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was friendly and helpful. The vehicle ( 2012 Jeep Patriot) turned out to be exactly what I was looking for.The price was fine and the lifetime drive train warranty was the clincher. Peter Thomas was both friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that the price was reasonable so that I didn't feel like I had to negotiate. Peter was very concerned that we understood all the benefits of dealing with Royal Kia and I am impressed with the service department program. The beautiful roses that my wife recieved upon completion of the deal certainly made an impression. Upon reflection ,I just wish that the friendly professional atmosphere I saw at Royal could be spread to other businesses that I deal with. I look forward to my next visit to Royal Kia ,something I never thought I would say about a car dealership.

My experience working with Dan Ivey and Royal was...

My experience working with Dan Ivey and Royal was excellent. First, let me disclose that I was an Internet Sales Manager at a few dealerships in the Atlanta area for over 5 years (1998-2003), so I knew what I was looking for. I asked for a complete quote from the two Kia dealerships in Tucson and five in the Phoenix area for a specific model of the Kia Soul that I wanted. Dan was the first to respond with a complete quote. His quote was just a few dollars above one in Phoenix, so it made no sense for me to travel. Only two other dealerships gave me the quote I had requested, and it took me a couple of repeated requests to receive those quotes. The other Kia dealership in Tucson gave me an outrageously high quote that was incomplete for the same vehicle. But I wasn't just looking for the best price, I was also judging my decision based on how each dealership responded. Dan at Royal was prompt in his responses and answered my questions in a straight-forward manner. When I arrived to purchase my new Soul at Royal, Dan was prompt and courteous. The price was just as we had discussed via our emails. There were no surprises. Everything was smooth and easy. Having worked for dealerships myself, I know that Royal Kia is one of the rare dealerships that is more the exception than the rule as far as sales go. No wonder when I see newer Kia vehicles in traffic in Tucson, the majority of the time they came from Royal. If you are looking for a Kia, and want to save time and have a good experience, just go to Royal and don't worry about the other dealerships.

I have had my new 2014 Kia Sorento for over 3 weeks now...

I have had my new 2014 Kia Sorento for over 3 weeks now and haven't had a chance to write a review because I'm out driving and absolutely loving my new car :). I have bought many new cars with several different dealerships and I would like to say that working with Oscar Delgado at Royal Kia was the best buying experience that I have ever had. Oscar was able to work with my busy work schedule over a 5 day period and was able to find the perfect vehicle for me. He listened to my needs and was very patient with me. I felt his customer service went over and beyond. He was very thorough explaining every aspect of my car buying experience and the services that are available to me in the future. I was also very impressed with the dealership itself. Very clean and customer friendly. Oscar's boss, Eddie Madigan, also took the time to sit and chat with me instead of being that invisible manager behind a desk that you never meet. The customer waiting area in the service department is definately all about making the customer comfortable. Also, the final touch of roses that were given to me thanking me for my business when my car was delivered, priceless. I will definately recommend Oscar and Royal Kia to my friends in the future.

Warranty Problem

I was happy with going and having my 2006 Kia Sedonia serviced every so many miles. Two days ago had coolant and modules and burnt wires. Of course it was not covered under limited warranty. Being on Social Security fixed income it was hard to come up with the amount. But upset me most was when I checked about the forever warranty and powertrain warranty. Found out that it was void because of not doing a trans flushing in March 2013 at 90,000 miles. I have never had a warranty car before. When they say recommend they really need to let us know that if we dont do this now it will void the warranty. Now I got a car that I have to get a extend warranty. And thats a extra $130 a month more on top of my $200 car paymt. Then this really upset me when after a yr paying on the car I tried to trade it for a new car with full warranty. I paid $10,999 in July 2012 they had the gaul to say my car is only worth $3500. I should have know that all dealerships are alike.

Peter was great! No hassle, very easygoing, worked very hard in order to get us the car we wanted at the right price and interest. I cannot say thank you enough for his patience and dedication. I would highly recommend.

Checked out the dealership to see what they offered and immediately was greeted by April. She didn't try to sale me a vehicle right off the bat, but instead took the time to write down all the options I was looking for in the vehicle I wanted. We took a.couple of test drives and she helped.me find a car I was comfortable in and within my budget. She was professional, kind, and was always welcoming. I never dealt rushed or pressured and she explained all the options I had clearly without hiding anything. I was truly happy with the care she and the rest of her sales team provided during my visit. Thanks!
