Fair Oaks Ford

I recently leased a Ford Edge! Jonathan helped us and he was great! He let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and allowed me to test drive the car I chose twice just so I was sure! He made the whole process as quick and as painless as possible! He was great and I love my car!

I have had positive experiences with previous purchases at Fair Oaks and today was no exception. I have been working with Pam over the past few weeks. She helped me find the right vehicle with the features I wanted. She was knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new vehicle. John was genuine in his desire to get me a fair price. Bob was helpful but not pushy in explaining aftermarket options. Steve made the financing process quick and easy.

I've bought two cars from Fair Oaks thus far, and I've had a great experience each time I've purchased from them. Attentive sales staff, willing to work with me on terms, and a very quick business office experience. I was glad to see that they've digitized a lot of the process now as well, truly a 21st century car dealer. I've had multiple service experiences as well, they have a nice waiting area, and were always got things down quickly.

I have always hated buying cars because the process is so long, but these guys made it a pleasant experience. I told them what I was looking for and needed and they made it happen. I didn't feel pressured in any way and they really did get me in and out as quick as I have ever purchased a car. This is my second car purchase from Fair Oaks and will be back in the future.

Everyone at the dealership was great. No pressure tactics used here - they explained options thoroughly and accepted "no" as an answer on the options I was not interested in. Craig and Clint went above and beyond to find me the perfect truck. I have not been to the service department yet, but I have high expectations based on everything else I have experienced with the dealership. THANKS for making the car buying experience a good one. I think I have found my Ford dealer.

Everybody I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful. They helped me get into a affordable car for a great price. Never seemed like your usual salesman trying to screw you over to make a extra buck. Very pleased with the car and will be returning in the future!!

I wasn't pressured ,I got a good deal and was treated courteously. All my questions were answered quickly. Support people were very helpful with explaining the various options upon delivery.

I have had a Company Car for over 30 years, but when it came time to buy my first Personal Car since retiring, I went to Fair Oaks Ford. They were able to find the specific car I wanted in the Chicago Area, and have it ready for me to buy. Every thing went smooth at the Dealership with no surprises, and Pam Hammersmith is a pleasure to work with. The Business Office took me through the paperwork quickly and answered any questions I had. All of my service work is also done at Fair Oaks. We have 3 vehicles in the household and they were all bought and serviced there. I will continue to do my Automotive Business with Fair Oaks Ford!

My experience with Fair Oaks Ford is the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership, almost entirely because of their sales representative, Jonathan Garcia. I came in with a car I had put a lot of work into and a set amount I could finance. Unlike other dealerships, John didn't treat me like a jerk for wanting fair deal and made sure that my needs were met. Aside from waiting for the paperwork, the sale concluded very quickly and I was glad I wasn't kept hanging around for hours. I'm very happy with the car and what Mr. Garcia was able to do for me. TL;DR Go to Fair Oaks Ford and ask for Garcia. He won't waste your time.
