Will the salesman was awesome to chat with had everything

Will the salesman was awesome to chat with had everything under control the whole deal and got me in and out the fastest I’ve ever dealt with a dealership finance wasn’t pushy like most and the customer Service representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable in a lot of areas. Over all I would give this dealership 10 out of 10.

Before coming in, I was very specific about what I

Before coming in, I was very specific about what I wanted. Price, options, etc. and they said they could make that happen after having been to 2 other dealers. Their price listed online was $5K less than what my budget was, so I figured we'd have no problem especially when they reassured me they could make that happen. Upon arrival, everyone did great, things were flowing, and we eventually agreed on a price I was comfortable. Then as I was signing, the paperwork said and entirely different number than I agreed to. I felt sidelined and not happy with that experience. They eventually got the price to a bit closer to what we had agreed upon, but it felt a bit like a bait and switch. I would never again sign off on a handwritten offer. Have them put it in print and before you sign the agreement. Then hopefully you won't have to deal with what I did at the time of signing the contract. It became a situation of he said, she said, and a HUGE communication disconnect between many of the people there. Both dealers I went before never did this and I've never experience this when buying a car before. It really ruined the experience. I was eventually able to get a vehicle close to what I wanted. Five hours later and after feeling I had been deceived.

This dealership is amazing.

This dealership is amazing. Xavier was amazing and helped me went above and beyond. I honestly didn't think I would walk out with a. New car today. But I did. After trying over and over. It happens. This dealership will do the best they can to help you out. Definitely going to come back.

Professional knowledgeable staff who were easy to work

Professional knowledgeable staff who were easy to work with. Erik Padilla was fantastic. I will send others to Fair Oaks and purchase from them in the future.

Car towed at 7:30pm, got a call from service before 7:30am and car repaired and back to me by 3:30pm. Only NASCAR could be quicker. Thank you Fair Oaks Ford !!

Lies about a warranty

Looking at a new vehicle. We get X pricing. These sales people tried telling us we had to purchase a $7,995 “warranty”! This is a complete lie! I would take my business elsewhere!

Recall Repair at My Home

I had a recall on my Ford Escape. I was offered a repair at my home. What could be easier? The company, Fair Oaks Ford, called in advance to confirm my repair appointment. In addition the technicians called before the appointment time, then they arrived on time. The repair was completed within in the estimated and the repair was completed perfectly. A great experience overall.
