    I purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche August 2017 from Mark Savage. After a snowy January trip to Ohio, several large portions of paint came off behind... the front wheel wells and another spot farther back. The spots where the paint came off are bare metal. I called Mark and told him and he told me to send him pictures and he would "check with his paint guy and get back to me". I sent him 4 or 5 pictures. Weeks went by without any response so I texted him to check on why he hadn't got back with me....NOTHING....NO RESPONSE....

    I purchased a 2011 Ford F 250 and traded in my 2000 Ford F 150 I feel I got a reasonable price one day after I left the dealership a check engine light... came on it was for a faulty gas cap after looking into the vehicle closer I discovered the air filter looked like it had never been changed it really made me question there so called 170 point inspection one week after I had purchased the vehicle the starter went bad I replace the starter mark offered to fix the starter if I drove it to their shop but I live an hour away so I decided to fix it myself they said they would not compensate me for the starter I'm glad I got the vehicle at a good price because I feel there are lots of maintenance issues I am going to have to settle I haven't really made up my mind if they're an OK dealership or not

    Purchased vehicle over 2 months ago. Mark said a part was fixed but the light came on before leaving the lot. He advised he would have it fixed. Made... one trip there and wrong part was ordered. Was told the week after that he would come out to my house and fix, never showed up or responded to my texts,calls, voicemails. Was told next he would just send me the part and now 3 weeks later the part has not arrived. Two weeks ago Mark let me know he would find out about the part on Thursday and let me know by end of business, almost 2 weeks has gone by before I got a response, he had not . Now I was told I would hear from him by 8/10/16, still haven't heard anything. I have called over 30 times to 3 different numbers, left multiple voicemails and texts with very few responses and no progress. I also have sent an email that Cameron (someone in their dealership) told me goes directly to the owner, almost a week ago with absolutely no response. Beware when buying, follow through does not happen.

    Matt, So very sorry this happened to you. I use a third party repair facility when ours is backed up and I should have personally ordered your part an...d we would not be having this issue. It would have been fixed right the first time. You asked me to ship you the part which we did by means of UPS so I could track it. The part was returned because it was never signed for or picked up at your local UPS store after it was not deliverable. I was off due to complications from a motorcycle deer accident I had and was unable to follow up on this situation. Due to a head injury and a facture in my back It left me a little out of my normal element and I dropped the ball and I seriously apologies. If you look at the rest of my reviews since I took over in 2014 they are all 5 stars. That is the way I do business. The part has been reshipped and I will follow up personally to ensure its delivery. AS for the buying process on your rating I find that to be completely unfair and untrue. You and your wife were both very happy with the vehicle, price and service you received. Again I am very sorry that you are unhappy and will do everything in my power to make sure this never happens again.

    Mark Savage was very helpful in finding me a vehicle that fit all my wants and needs. He was very professional and informative. I felt he genuinely cared... about helping me by answering all my questions with direct and educated answers. He was not your typical salesman in anyway. I never felt pressured or pushed in fact it was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Robert Lee Auto Sales and will continue to do all my future business with them. The way they do business is very refreshing and greatly appreciated.

    My family recently purchased a vehicle from Robert Lee Auto Sales. We were dealt with in a very professional friendly manner. The manager personally dealt... with us and gave us a very good deal. Nothing was hidden in fact he offered an Autocheck report on the vehicle as well as the NADA book out on the vehicle without us even asking. It was one of the best buying experiences we've had. They also had a very diverse and clean inventory. I would strongly recommend them on your next purchase. We could not be more pleased with the whole process.

    This dealership erroneously posted that the car I was looking at had a manual transmission, when pictures showed it to be an automatic. I realize this... is maybe a small thing to them, but to someone who is specifically looking for this feature, & you're scrolling thru hundreds of car ads, it is a very big deal. I'm sure they didn't do it on purpose, but should be a little more careful when listing these cars. I might have driven 45 miles to test drive that car only to find it was not as advertised!

    . . .Seriously??? Vehicle adds are entered by Vehicle Identification Number. If the add format said the car had a manual transmission then you should... give cars.com two stars.
