Service was terrible. Had car for seven weeks with no communication what-so-ever. Did not offer a rental or loner until demanding one after 2 weeks. They... never even cleaned our car when returned.
The last time I was in there for an oil change, I waited over 2 hours. So this time, I dropped off my car. I was advised I would be contacted, I had an... appt at 9:30 am. By 2:30 pm I still hadn't heard anything, so I called. This is when I was told that it was "almost done" Oh and by the way, you need a new cabin filter, yours was dirty. Now, this was told to me the LAST TWO TIMES I brought my car in for an oil change. Not falling for it again.
drove 3 hours to buy a (used) car. I communicated with the dealership for 4 days before taking the trip. After I test drove the vehicle and sat down to... crunch the numbers, Wes, the Sales Manager, tried to charge $23000 for a car valued at $18000!!! When I pointed this out to my salesman Steve he immediately went back to the manager. (Steve was amazing and clearly stuck in the middle.) Wes then countered @ $18,900 and refused to negotiate on price after being caught trying to essentially steal $5,000 from us. When confronted on this fact numerous times, Wes tried to ignore it until he eventually said "Yeah, well I did, but I'm still not budging off of $18,900." Wes did eventually mention $18,500 as a price.... But the car is valued @ $18000!!! Needless to say, I left without a car, with my time wasted due to a racist manager. (There were certain things said and done that reeked of racism & bias.) P.s.: Steve has really soft hands ��
I've been dealing with RK auto group for quite a few years. This my sixth vehicle from RK. The last two from the same sales person. George Smith. He was... very helpful and makes the whole buying experience a pleasure. RK is fortunate to have him on their team. When it is time for number seven, I'll be back to see George ! As for RK , they are good people , in both sales and service.
I have bought multiple cars from this dealership. This is my fourth Subaru. They are always professional and courteous (not pushy). This is the second... Subaru my salesman George has sold me. My previous car was only two years old and I was not really looking to buy. In fact my husband and I were just curious about the new 2019 standard safety features. We actually thought the dealership was closed. As it turns out, they were not and George happen to come out to greet us in the lot. As with my prior purchase with him, he is awesome at his job. He jumped through all sorts of hoops to provide me with the vehicle and deal I wanted. It was such a positive experience and I’m so happy with my new Outback. Just love it and would recommend this vehicle, George and RK Subaru to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle from a dealership who really prides itself on customer service and satisfaction! Thank you.
We had a great experience in the purchase of our new Subaru Legacy. The t sales person Nicole Basa was great. The only issue was that we were hoping to... purchase a Black Legacy and they could not find one. We received a nice deal on the Silver Legacy and made the purchase.

I was pleasantly surprised with the straightforward approach the salesman and manager used during my second visit when I told them I was buying a car that... day. It was between a Subaru and another vehicle I had driven. They made me know by their actions that they wanted me for their customer.
