We had an amazing experience with the sales team. The prices beat every dealer in the Twin Cities area and the trade in experience was smooth. We were... very happy with the whole process. We decided to purchase the GAP insurance. A few days later we found a much better price on the GAP and decided to cancel. I sent the dealer notification of our intent to cancel. Fast forward to three months later and no refund yet. During this time they have continually lied to us that the refund is "processed and should show up in a few weeks." I finally wrote the president of the dealership about the issue. He could not even reply to my email or give me a call. This proves the tone of the dealership from the top down. I cannot recommend this dealer as a result of the multiple time they lied to me. Do not trust this dealer. Go somewhere else.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! The staff, especially Hector, went above and beyond to make the entire process easy, informative,... and even fun. I feel confident about the pre-certified Subaru we chose and plan to be a loyal customer moving forward...even though we live much closer to the dealerships in the Twin Cities.

Stopped in for an oil change and ended up with a new vehicle. This is my second purchase here. Cole, Tommy and Dan were wonderful to work with, and got... me a great deal. I have been more than satisfied with sales and service at this dealership. I whole heartedly recommend St Cloud Subaru.
So I have had my new 2018 vehicle bought from the same dealership and had service a couple of times now. Always had prompt, respectful and qualify work... done. I had a couple of concerns which clearly 3 times telling the Technician wasn’t enough and he called to tell me one of my included task would be an additional charge which I knew was included so that got me upset. He had no respect for my time made me feel like since I was a female I didn’t know what I was talking about and didn’t tell me all of what was done or wrong. He didn’t apologize for his lack of customer service when I said I will take vehicle elsewhere. Needless to say I drove off with same issue with vehicle. This probably won’t get posted since it isn’t a favorable review however it should be known that if you do decide (which at this point I will take to another local shop and if they tell me it should be under warranty I will) ask for Trent at St. Cloud Subaru because he will treat a person right unlike someone else there. (I do have the descency not to blast his name).
While they fixed our car they gave us a car to drive, we really appreciated that! They fixed everything they said they were going to fix! Very good bunch... of people. Thank you!

Justin and Tommy met me at my car when I pulled in and introduced themselves. They worked so hard to find something I was comfortable with. They didn’t... stop until I found a payment I was okay with. Also, Justin talked me into leasing. This was something I was not considering because I had a bad taste in my mouth from a lease with a GM product. After doing my research, I went with a leased Forester. I’m so happy with my new Subaru!

Bobby went above and beyond to find the right exterior and interior color of the vehicle plus he found us a vehicle with Eyesight safety system which we... would have never considered but pleased that he recommended it. He is a ver pleasant and genuine person to deal with.
