Do not buy a vehicle from Sunrise Used Cars. Joe the owner is a thief and a liar. We were sold a lemon by them and demand a refund.

If there is any justice in the world this dealership will be shut down. Joe the owner should never be able to scam another customer ever again. I am going to call consumer affairs and the DMV.

STAY AWAY... BEWARE ...Purchased an Audi and by the time I drove it back to Queens the check engine light came on. I brought the car back to be looked at and after several days they returned me the car without the check engine light illuminated. Next day the light came on and car shook uncontrollably. I returned the car again and Joe refused to even look at the car because I was hostile toward his salesman. Having no choice I brought the car to an Audi dealership. the car had over a dozen codes. Over $4000 later In repairs. THIS IS ALL DOCUMENTED My question how does a car pass inspection with over a dozen codes stored and with tires that are cracked and dangerous.

complete bait and switch , sticker $ 1,000 more than cars . com he said everyone does it , not true car needed tires brakes rotors wipers very hostile aggressive sales guy , would rather fight then sell a car never send a woman there car would never legally pass inspection tire had actual nail saticking out of it , I never bother writing a review Just maybe save a consumer a real headache

this place is a scam i went there for a volvo c70 but the was actually no car! and they tried to take my deposit!

This place was horrible I showed (little )interest in a car .. asked him to put info in just to get a idea of how much, if I would even get approved ect, he sat with me and my mom told us sighn this don’t worry about it and asked for my debit card for a deposit and if it doesn’t get approved I’ll get it all back .. I got approved , originally i was happy I went home did my research on the 2010 Chevy equinox and found horrible horrible reviews on it .. I texted Sal FIRST thing in the morning told him I’m sorry I’m no longer interested . Long story short he’s keeping 1000$$ from me ! ! And will not give it back.!! Cus I signed the paper and changed my mind . He told me people don’t do that sorry .. single mother just trying to find a safe car for me and my daughter and you robbed me for of 1000$$ must feel real good buddy

I loved that they took car of registration and plates for me so I could just drive out without any wait . They even offered to buy back the car at the end of the season if I wanted. I went in there based upon a vehicle that I saw online I needed a car as soon as possible I chose one that was suitable for me the customer service was decent Pryor to the actual purchase today is day 10 of owning a vehicle the vehicle needs struts the service engine light is on requires an oil change in about a thousand miles and front tires will need to be replaced I would say in about 2 months when I call to address this issue the owner Joe said what did you want a new car for used car price and the salesman Sal said that is why we tried selling you an extended warranty so after spending $10,000 on a car I now have to pay about a thousand dollars in Repairs. I myself sold cars for 2 and 1/2 years I would never dream of treating a customer in any situation like this do yourself a favor go somewhere else in the long run you'll save money and time and frustration.
