    Unfortunately they are 500 miles away from my home and the car I was interested in was a color my wife didn't like. Up until that point it was very professional... and sorry we could not have taken the transaction further and buy the car. Jack Eskenazi

    I called the number advertised on the bottom of the picture for a used Maserati for sale I found on cars.com about a month ago and the sales person said... we don't have a car like that. So I see the price dropped 2 weeks later so I called again sales person said again we don't have a car like that in our inventory. So over this past the weekend I live in Sacramento decided to drive to SF BMC dealer to check if they have a car they are advertising, I get there only to be told they don't have that car!!??? So I pulled their website up on my phone and showed two sales persons the car and 30 minutes later on top of the roof they have the car. Wow really? Anyways I'm beyond shocked that a dealer that sells exotics Etc is this poorly managed. I decide to buy the car and the guys do my financing all paper work done I told them I have an extra car with me so I'll leave the car there and I changed my mind about financing told them I'll pay with a cashiers check in the morning they said ok perfect. I call one hour after opening later next morning to go pick up the car they said don't come were selling it to someone else. I found their car, waste my whole day, and oh ya their parking is confusing that to top it with a cherry I got my car towed by the time I got out of the dealer.

    The entire staff at BMC is excellent. I have purchased 4 vehicles over the past 5 years and it has always been a smooth, seamless process. Vince was extremely... helpful in my car selection and was very fair in pricing. Lachlan is great to work with and is a nice guy. For service, Billy has always taken great care of me over the past 5 years.

    The entire sales and service staff worked together to help me define may needs and satisfy them. They performed exceptionally over a long period of time,... giving me confidence that they would be there for me after the sale. The actual sales process couldn't have been easier or more pleasent. I am far from easy to deal with and these folks were willing to invest in our relationship with respect and product knowledge. Integrity sill exists at this car dealership, yea! thanks!
