    I purchased a 2016 Jaguar XJL (sticker $84,333) in March from Park Place Jaguar on Lemmon. One of the perks noted by my salesperson was the convenience of the car wash (walk in to the dealership front desk, get a coupon, drive across the street to the car wash, hand them coupon and get car washed at no cost) - no high wait times (like at Sewell or Park Place MB who wash internally). It sounded great, and was great (had my car washed 2x / month) until the Lemmon store stopped selling Jaguars - only the Plano store does now. So I go into the dealership this past Saturday to get my coupon, and they won't give me one because they aren't selling Jaguar any more (I even went and asked the Jaguar manager). I have to go to the Plano Jaguar dealership or the long wait at Park Place MB. I live < 2 miles from the dealership where I bought the car, NOT driving to Plano. This is a really poor policy decision on the dealership's part to not honor the commitment they made when I bought the car. I don't really understand b/c we are talking such small $$ amounts here. I would sell my Jaguar immediately if it made financial sense and go back to Sewell and get a new car - I've purchased at least 7 vehicles from Sewell and they DO have exceptional Customer service, it is customer-centric.

    I purchased my car from Jaguar Plano a year ago and bought the road hazard warranty. Fast forward a year and I have damage to tires and wheels and need repairs. I took my car in a week ago and immediately started to get the run around about how the warranty would not cover the tires that I have as the service center could not locate them. The choices I was given were to 1) replace all 4 tires and I would pay for 3 myself, or 2) replace the one tire with a different brand. Adding insult to injury, this Jaguar service center has no loaner car to offer me for an entire week. Yes, the service center is without a loaner car for anyone needing service for an entire week. The final straw, I located the tire in question myself using a standard Google search. Only when I sent the link to the service center a week after dropping my car do I have a path to getting it back. There was no sense of urgency, no ownership of the issue with an attempt to get me a loaner car, and frankly it felt as if this service center were trying to get me to buy new tires for no reason. I will never buy another car from Park Place where it has to be serviced here.

Again, we are sorry for the length of this process and appreciate your patience.

    I have always wanted a Jaguar and finally found one with all the options I had been looking for. I purchased a certified pre-owned (CPO) Jaguar 6 months ago from Park Place Jaguar Plano. One would think that they push the CPO as a "warranty" that some basics would be covered. I purchased the vehicle in the winter and thus did not use the AC. When Dallas started getting the hot weather we discovered that the AC did not cool. We took the car in for service and was told that there was no refrigerant in the system and it would cost $280. I have owned several different make of vehicles in the past and have never had to add refrigerant to an AC unit that is only 4 years old and 40,000 miles. Apparently Jaguar is not a reliable as I had that and the CPO doesn't mean anything

    I actually stopped by to purchase a vehicle at this dealership and I was treated poorly because it was assumed I could not afford the vehicle. I went on to purchase a vehicle at another Park Place dealership. Since I live closer to Park Place Jaguar of Dallas, I felt that I would still use them as my service provider, for any needs that might arise for my Jaguar. Upon taking my car to the Park Place Premier Serivce Center near Harry Hines and Northwest Highway, I was immediately told that a part which should have been under warranty would not be covered, although it was obvious that the part failed and was to no doing of my own or any other party for that matter. I question the service and wonder if other customers would receive the same treatment. I even purchased the extended warranty to ensure that I would not run into problems like this while owning my vehicle. I had to end up taking the car back to the dealership (Park Place) where I purchased it and they fixed the problem without issue.

    Life is short and if your looking to check off your bucket list an experience of a life time purchase a Mclaren, our salesman listened to our request and our limit, he worked to find the car of our dreams a 2012 MP4-12C will less than 3000 miles and found that car at the price limit we requested. In the last 2 weeks we doubled the mileage and will triple it before our return from our west coast dream cruise. I can assure them we will be back someday for another bucket list check mark.     From start to finish, working with Patrick at Maserati Dallas was excellent. Started as just window shopping a new Ghibli, to discussing lease options, even comparing to other dealer options. Patrick went above and beyond to locating the perfect Ghibli setup to my specifications and delivery was a happy surprise as it was ready to go before expected and in gorgeous detail shape. Would certainly recommend him (and already have) to friends/family and even clients at my private aviation firm. Look forward to working together again on the next one!

    On March 3rd 2015 I bought a Maserati from Park Place Dealership in Dallas and have had horrible service. I bought the car on Tuesday, I wrote a check and due to bad weather it was delayed. I was threatened to have the car repossessed on that Friday. Then while driving down the freeway (I-35) I hit a pothole and the strut is cracked and the rim is bent. I understand that happens with low profile tires and I am ok with it, but not the strut. I have had the car 6 days and the paint is pealing off the rims on the tire. No scratches or damage on that tire that the paint is peeling off of. I understand hitting the pothole is partly my fault but to have the strut is break and it didn???t even blow the tire. The dealership is telling me that it is not covered under warranty and I am going to have to pay for all the repairs. These people have been rude and will not take care of the $100,000 junk car that they have sold me. I do not recommend ever buying from Park Place Dealership because they are unprofessional and do not stand behind their word.
