I would like to thank John Keane service consultant for helping me today he did a great job keeping me very happy as a first time customer I will be back because of him very professional and knowledgeable of my vehicle also had my car washed all this in a timely manner......



The service department is superior. Nicholas Aberin was so very helpful in assisting me with my vehicle. I explained that I had to be at an appointment in Boston that day and he was successful because I made it. The service department made sure my car was repaired and cleaned exceptionally!!! Thank you Ray Catena!!



Deception: They sell you the car by having you test drive highest trim so that you buy thinking your car on 1 lower trim will drive same, service charges you money for stuff they didn’t so it or didn’t to it right If interested in full review. Here it is. I bought QX80 2020 from this dealership. Has 8000 miles as of today. They said top trim has only difference of few interior trims which I exactly didn’t care about as long as performance is same. So, after 4000 miles, I started to have an issue, that truck will deviate from its path after taking bump from pot hole, man hole or public sewer. It will deviate badly from rear end that you and passengers clearly feel it. I took my truck to them in 2 months at least 3 times. They kept the truck for 15 days in all trips together. One time, "oh it was alignment issue oh it was balancing, oh it was nothing, we could not replicate it". Finally last time shop foreman test drove with me and acknowledged that, truck has some issue. They kept the truck for 10 days. there was complete silence from service and i had to actively track down my service agent and he finally informs me that truck is ready to be dropped off to you, just waiting for driver to to be available. When my service rep was about give truck back, I asked him, is the issue resolved. His answer was “hopefully” he wasn’t even sure about his work. then he adds on actually your trim has 20 inch wheels that is why it is happening. 22 inch Rims do not have this issue. so it means that he was accepting there is a fault in the model and they sold it to my by Deception. Moreover, how come this problem was not there for first 4000 miles. Further on, exactly when he was about to send driver to drop off truck, he called and said , "i checked front tire is choppy, i am gonna replace it." (Whose tire insurance? Mine). So gave truck back next day after changing the tire because it took them 24 hours to get the tire changed. Not to mention I also had ordered a body trim that came out above rear wheel. They told me clip is broken on trim, it has to be ordered whole new thing. NOW THE TRUCK IS DELIVERED: i got truck back and remember that, Issue was only on right side. I felt issue is now left end as well. I called them and they made an appointment again for this week. Real reason, why I am commenting here today is, my newly replaced $400 trim is again disconnected from the body same way after 50 miles of turnpike ride. No one touched it, no one hit it. They didn't even put on splash cover right. Service Manager Stays on Vacation Dealership Manager is unreachable or always out to run some errand and never returns call. POSTING PICTURES SOON THIS DEALERSHIP HAS GONE FROM BEST TO WORSE. SEEMS LIKE GOOD PEOPLE LEFT.


Buy from Ray, He treats it like it's his own car.

Never have to worry when we drop off the car knowing that John takes care of us. He knows our car better than we do . He's been keeping us on the road since we purchased the car in 2011.



Chris Simmons ( the salesman) was professional, knowledgeable and also pleasant to deal with. My best experience to date in buying a vehicle. I’m very happy with my purchase.

just nowNEW David Daroff is very rude and unprofessional. My husband and I went in to test drive an Infiniti qx50. He wouldn’t let us test drive it because we didn’t agree with the leasing price range per month. He had a nasty attitude and didn’t even want to work with us. We left and will never do business with Edison Infiniti again.

MY overall experience was very easy and stress-free. Having a loaner car definitely a plus which makes it a lot easier for me. I was especially having my car washed and vacuum was the best. Thanks the the best service consultant Steve!!!!
