Made an appointment a day ahead to see a luxury used car. Told them i had a 2 hour drive to get there. Sales guy confirmed the appointment in the morn
ing. When I arrived 2 hours later, they told me they just sold the car. No apologies were offered at all for me making a 4 hour round trip for nothing.

I have had nothing but bad service from this place doesn't say much for the owner of the business. If you buy from them and fit their standards of the
right customer then you will be treated with respect. The service department is horrible. I needed a strip of rubber replaced on my SUV and I was told that oh it's just a piece of rubber by the service manager. No big deal on when it comes in. I had to take off another week from work because there was no need to have my SUV service in a timely manner per service manager. I asked to speak with Mr. Baker and was told No you won't or you are not one of our customers, so you can not speak to him, he is god here , really? Called Myrtle Beach and they did everything to help me. This my 4th SUV, I just want to say if you think customer service is something you should get even after buying you should go to Myrtle Beach. Mr. Baker get job on not having employees give great customer service. I did buy two SUV from your lot before, never again. To all active duty service members don't buy from Baker.
