    I just bought a new "new to me " Dodge Dart ralley turbo from Sean dyer and he made it very simple for me and helped me make the best choice for a vehicle to last me a long Time was a great experience would recommend him highly and this dealership I recommend highly they will bend over backwards to help you get a new car

    I was negotiating offering a reasonable price on the vehicle. Like any negotiation goes, I expected them to either explain why they can't do that price or come down and meet me in the middle somewhere( I flat out told him take off $441 and the deal is done). Instead I was told I was not a serious buyer and insulted. On top of that they then said they wouldn't honor the original price of the auto quoted to me and that the price had raised by $500! I understand if your company can't accept the offer made, but to insult me then raise the price of the vehicle to me is disgusting. It's no wonder they are so far behind their sales goal for the month (Yes they have it in public view). Good luck selling 2 dozen cars by this Saturday with practices like this. If somebody higher up then the guy who insulted me reads this and wants to make a sale still, let me know. I'm only asking for $441 off so I can cover costs to ship it home.

    I contacted Sean Dyer at about used a car that Baker Motors had taken in on trade. I informed him that I lived in NJ and was interested but I need assurances that we could have everything in place before I committed to flying down to SC and driving 13 hrs back to NJ. Sean handled everything like a gentlemen and treated me as if I was spending 100k. He picked me up at the airport and had the car prepped in the way I all dealers should. Sean and the team at Baker actually appreciate your business. If you have the opportunity to deal with them jump on it. I obviously got a great deal for me to travel from NJ.

    Dealt with Sean Joyce and Richard Fordam at Baker's. I have purchased cars in several states and have not been treated so unprofessional as these salesmen did. First, Richard did not call me back after I made an offer and when I called him back he told me the car had a deposit on it and he also failed to inform me that the price had dropped. He would call me back if and when the sale went through. Of course he did not and after 6 days I called back and talked to Sean Joyce, explained the problem and again made an offer, again no call back. I guess they only want to sell the high end cars and not deal with us common people.

    I went to visit Baker Motor Company, I was very pleased with the sale rep he gave me some good advice, and he was very pleasant and friendly I do believe that he really had cared, cause sometime you would go to a dealership and it is like you buy what I tell you to buy, but with this sales rep he was not pushy at all.

    I purchased a CPO Infiniti. I did not want to purchase the extended warranty as the vehicle had only 19,000 miles. After being told by the finance manager( Travis) that the hybrid vehicles don't carry a 60 month/ 60,000 mile warranty; I gave into the extended warranty. I later went home that night researched what he had told me and found it to be untrue. I went back that same week to cancel the warranty, which the finance manager and I did at the Benz dealer- he was kind. Almost four months later, I have been contacting them and have been getting no response. I have left multiple messages and text. I am very upset with the quality of service

    I had a wonderful experience while buying my GLC 300. My experience began when I was greeted immediately by David Boswell. He was extremely knowledgable of all the models and was able to suggest a vehicle that matched my needs. I truly felt that his desire was to meet my needs, not sell me the most expensive car. When I made my decision, he introduced Danny Stackhouse, Sales Manager. Danny explained the different options of financing and leasing. I believe that Danny was extremely honest and fair with the purchase price. Thirdly, my experience with Michael Call, Finance Manager, was very professional as well. Michael explained explained certain terms to me that I had never understood from any other Financial Manager. I am very grateful to these three professionals who made my experience exceptional.

    I have had nothing but bad service from this place doesn't say much for the owner of the business. If you buy from them and fit their standards of the right customer then you will be treated with respect. The service department is horrible. I needed a strip of rubber replaced on my SUV and I was told that oh it's just a piece of rubber by the service manager. No big deal on when it comes in. I had to take off another week from work because there was no need to have my SUV service in a timely manner per service manager. I asked to speak with Mr. Baker and was told No you won't or you are not one of our customers, so you can not speak to him, he is god here , really? Called Myrtle Beach and they did everything to help me. This my 4th SUV, I just want to say if you think customer service is something you should get even after buying you should go to Myrtle Beach. Mr. Baker get job on not having employees give great customer service. I did buy two SUV from your lot before, never again. To all active duty service members don't buy from Baker. Unhappy DOD employee... Ms. Green

    I recently bought a used car at Baker Infinity. Although the car was not an Infinity as it was a car that had been traded in, the attention, professionalism, and courtesy shown at the dealership was outstanding. Phone calls were promptly returned, the test drive was not "high pressure," times frames were respected, and the transaction was processed as was described to me when I first looked at the vehicle. Ryan DeMars , the salesperson who helped me from start to finish, was responsible for this positive experience.
