Our vehicle purchase started online with Ruston Reynolds. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and his positive energy helped us get excited about buying a new car after our last vehicle was totaled out. Ruston asked about our transportation needs and answered questions we had about vehicles on the sites he led us to. We eventually ended up test driving at San tan Hyundai with Ivan Cronin who knew our car backward and forward and did a great job showing us all the bells and whistles since he had the same vehicle at home. He was patient while we attained pre approval with our bank and got us through the process quickly. About 2 days after purchase the check engine light turned on. We immediately texted Ruston and he gave instructions for an easy routine fix to the common problem after fluids are flushed. When the light stayed on he asked us to bring in the vehicle and we were provided a rental car while they fixed the issue for free and had the car back on the road the next day. I told Ruston I would’ve been worried with all that happening but I knew he would take care of us. So happy with our purchase and with the ongoing attention we have been lucky to have with Ruston.

From start until finish professional and freindly atmosphere, which don’t always go hand in hand. Helped determine what my wants and needs were to get me in the perfect vehicle. Gave me options but no pressure tactics to upsell. Great follow up after my purchase.

What service should Be!! Other Dearlers make note!! Our Service Advisor Ashley was/is the highest level customer service, care, attention, we have ever experienced from a dealer. This from the Service Department!! If we were in the market for a new vehicle, we would definitely start looking here first. Excellent service after your sale is gold to any consumer!
