Adam was wonderful. Took the time to thoroughly explain everything. Sometimes more than once. Not only did he answer all of my mother's questions but mine as well. Went the extra mile to make sure we were BOTH satisfied. Honest, respectful and kind. Well done.

Bad experience with a truck they sold that had safety issues that could have injured me and my family. False advertised the truck as well with the wrong model. I would not recommend them. Example: rear differential went out on the highway with my wife driving. Front end almost destroyed because of the bad alignment job they did. Emergency brake was zip tied to the frame. I could go on. Legally they are supposed to disclose vehicle defects. They failed to do that on over a dozen repairs that were needed any competent mechanic would have seen during their safety inspection.

I really wanted a 2020 Murano I searched various dealerships. I was e impressed with the crew from springs automotive group. when I would call who ever would answer was very helpful and send me to the right place. Thank you Abby Bob Kyle Oscar etc.... I love my Nissan Murano thank you...!
