    This is a follow-up to a review I left last week. If you read that review you would know I expected the worst experience of my life. Well, the opposite happened. I had one of the best purchasing experiences of my life. A 100% flip. I strongly recommend this dealership. They couldn't have a done better job. Thanks

    Making my 5th call tomorrow trying to buy out my lease. I feel like I am begging for the Dealership to let me make the purchase. Most of the staff seem very competent but unfortunately for me I have had to repeat the same request 5 times. The first call was to find out the buyout. The second call was to find out when the person I wanted to deal with would be in and to schedule an appointment. The third call was to find out what would make the purchase go as fast as possible. I was asked to stop at the Dealership to have them copy what they needed in order to prepare as much documentation ahead of time as possible so I did. My wishes were simple, spend as little time at the Dealership as possible. On every one of my calls I expressed this wish and gave the person I was speaking with my cell number and asked that my cell be called if they needed to reach me. One night when I got home a message was on my answering machine asking me to call and explain what I would like. Didn't call my cell. Fourth call I asked for the person who left the message and found out the person was not working. I was asked if I wanted to speak with with someone else in the same department and I said yes and left my cell number again. I did get a call back and expressed my wish to do as much of the paperwork as possible ahead of time. I was then told I would have to call back and speak with the person who left the message because the person I was speaking with would not be in the day of my appointment. Didn't offer to deliver the message or even have the other person call me back. Flat out told me to call. Tomorrow I will make that call it will be call number 5. I don't feel like I am receiving very good customer service from many of the staff.

    I has the best experience at courtesy ford. I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Robby Shaffer was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure every need I had was met! Anyone who is on the look for a new vehicle I HIGHLY recommend courtesy and ask for Robby Shaffer!!!
