So disappointed in the customer service at Greeley Hyundai. I was hoping it would be worth my time to go all the way to Greeley instead of the Loveland... dealership but it was not. My first issue was the sales person Josh. When turning in my Hyundai lease I felt like I barely saw him, let alone the long waiting periods he put us through. They just assumed we would buy another vehicle from them (did not ask if we wanted to buy a vehicle from them) so we had to navigate that confusion when we first got there. We mainly talked to the finance person trying to sell us another Hyundai. It was quickly translated we did not want another Hyundai so they proceeded to sell us their uncertified Subaru Forester, which no one told us it was uncertified. I felt like there was no transparency with anyone at the dealership. There was no talk of returning my lease or what that entails for the first 2 hours, minimum. Second issue was the duplicate key. Josh stated that he would mail the additional key to me or I can come pick it up. No word from him the same day we purchased the used Forester. I texted the next day and asked for an update. He stated he has a manager looking into it. No word from him in over a week so I call and text asking for an update. He texted back quoting a price for me to at a different dealership that I could pay if I wanted another key made. A couple days later I try calling and leaving a message to Josh but he does not answer. He instead texts me back instead of calling back. Another representative, Deb, calls me back saying Josh is busy with a “line of customers” even though he had just texted me back less then a minute before. The frustration has already set in. I try to describe all the issues with this used 2018 Forester to Deb and she said that’s the risk of buying used. Not the answer I wanted to hear from where I just made a big purchase that I am not satisfied with. Not the customer service I wanted to receive from this so called great dealership. Deb also stated she would text me with more information concerning either purchasing another Hyundai or returning this Forester. Why did I expect to get an answer in the same day from this dealership? Still waiting for a solution for my car and for the additional key situation I was promised...
We met Scott at the dealership when we went to pick up a friend who had dropped his car off for service. Our interest for a new Hyundai was piqued as... our friend (a lifelong devotee of BMW and Mercedes) had proclaimed that his new Hyundai was one of the best cars he'd ever owned. We were casually looking at a particular model and Scott offered useful, impressive advice. he was extremely low pressure and practical. As we weren't in a position to negotiate that day, Scott suggested that we do our homework and look at the various features on the car to determine what would work for us - not to "over purchase" but to target our needs. That alone was enough to convince us that this was the salesman we wanted to work with - honest, practical and low pressure. We ultimately returned to by a car on 5/27. It was the most seamless transaction we. have ever had with a car purchase, taking less than 90 minutes start to finish. We are lifelong devotees of Lexus and Toyota and were actually in the market for a new Toyota mini-van, but our new Hyundai and the prospect of service and maintenance with a no-nonsense, customer oriented dealership just reinforces that we have made the perfect decision. Highly, highly recommend the car, the dealership and Scott Adeler as an efficient, knowledgeable, honest, salesman with empathy for and dedication to customers he respects and understands
I have bought two automobiles from Hyundai of Greeley and also the same sale person Scott Adeler, each time has been a pleasure doing business with Scott... and Hyundai of Greeley. Scott is friendly, knowledgeable about 5he product he is selling and very helpful with the technology of blue link and all the programs needed to run the car. We bought a 2018 Sante Fe Sport 2.0t and love it . Scott was a amazing how he took care of all are needs . I will probably buy another car in a few years and hope the Scott will still be their to help us. He makes you feel special and will do what ever it takes to make you happy. I would recommend Scott Adeler to all my family, friends and coworkers. Thank you Scott Adeler, for all the fellow up phone calls and helping us with guestion about the car after we have already bought it and took it off the lot. It is all those special things that keep us going back. Thanks Dolly and William Davis
I brought my 2019 Hyundai Kona in for an oil change. I received great service on synthetic oil at a wonderful price. Alex and his crew are very helpful... and they take the time to go over the comprehensive inspection report. Highly recommend
I have bought two new byundais from Hyundai of Greeley. The last one in September 2018. In both cases the experience was pleasant with no pressure. I... had checked pricing with Edmunds and TruCar and final purchase price was in the best range. There were no games and little back and forth. I will buy from them again Both cars have been regularly serviced. Easy to get an appointment. Very fair pricing. Thorough inspections at no extra charge with an oil change and when I had a software issue with my 2016 Tucson Alex and his crew went out of their way to efficiently solve the problem
So I I originally posted a review about this dealership when I originally bought the 2011 Sonata last year because I continued to have mechanical issue... after issue, only being told that "nothing" was wrong with the car. I finally contacted Hyundai of USA to get these issues resolved, which was breaks, fuel system and headlamps. The Service Manager and General Manager were absolute jerks to me as if I had no idea what was wrong with a car that I drive often. Hyundai USA finally agreed to take care of all these issues with no cost to me, however not without a fight and not without the general manager (Marcus) telling me I am no longer welcome there. So fast forward a year later, the car has never run perfect. This weekend I am driving along the road and the car stalls out with no warning, wont turn over, wont do anything! After much research a website finally took me to the Hyundai USA recall site, in which I found many recalls that have not been resolved, one of them being ENGINE "SHORT BLOCK" WARRANTY EXTENSION/CLASS ACTION that was placed on the car 4/2016, I bought the car 1/2017. Mind you, all of my service has taken place at a Hyundai dealership and not one person has mentioned this recall/warranty to me. But, do you think that Hyundai of Greeley should have even sold me the car with no disclaimer or warning!? I understand there is a loophole in the federal law that allows dealerships to sell use cars without a disclosure of warranty or recall, but if this truley was an honest dealership, should they have sold me something else and pulled that car from the lot or at least let me know that there was this engine warranty/recall and the details. This does NOT seem like an honest dealership at all and I am beginning to wonder if they are having friends and family give them good reviews to stay within Hyundai's 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. They should have done right from the beginning, let me know of the warranty/ recall and I probably would have NOT bought the car and should not have argued with me every time I said there was something wrong with this car. I was sold a LEMON and now once again I am having to fight to have this car fixed! I love my Hyundai's still, but would NEVER recommend Hyundai of Greeley, well actually, I did once, but never again! Drive to Loveland or even Denver to buy a Hyundai, you won't be treated right at Hyundai of Greeley and/or be sold a Lemon! If you only have the choice of Greeley, then please stay away from the General Manager, Marcus and the service manager Alex.
My daughter has been back and forth on buying a vehicle , since she did not buy the day they wanted Marcus the manager told her when she went back in that... they no longer want her buisness , really ? I worked at this place and it used to be good . I would not recommend anyone waste the time with these old tactics
Bought a nice used Tucson on November 19. Scott was great to work with. No pressure and a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone. Signing... all the paperwork was also easy. Great place to work with.
Excellent experience. Friendly, courteous staff made buying a car much easier than usual. Good inventory
