So I I originally posted a review about this dealership when I originally bought the 2011 Sonata last year because I continued to have mechanical issue... after issue, only being told that "nothing" was wrong with the car. I finally contacted Hyundai of USA to get these issues resolved, which was breaks, fuel system and headlamps. The Service Manager and General Manager were absolute jerks to me as if I had no idea what was wrong with a car that I drive often. Hyundai USA finally agreed to take care of all these issues with no cost to me, however not without a fight and not without the general manager (Marcus) telling me I am no longer welcome there. So fast forward a year later, the car has never run perfect. This weekend I am driving along the road and the car stalls out with no warning, wont turn over, wont do anything! After much research a website finally took me to the Hyundai USA recall site, in which I found many recalls that have not been resolved, one of them being ENGINE "SHORT BLOCK" WARRANTY EXTENSION/CLASS ACTION that was placed on the car 4/2016, I bought the car 1/2017. Mind you, all of my service has taken place at a Hyundai dealership and not one person has mentioned this recall/warranty to me. But, do you think that Hyundai of Greeley should have even sold me the car with no disclaimer or warning!? I understand there is a loophole in the federal law that allows dealerships to sell use cars without a disclosure of warranty or recall, but if this truley was an honest dealership, should they have sold me something else and pulled that car from the lot or at least let me know that there was this engine warranty/recall and the details. This does NOT seem like an honest dealership at all and I am beginning to wonder if they are having friends and family give them good reviews to stay within Hyundai's 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. They should have done right from the beginning, let me know of the warranty/ recall and I probably would have NOT bought the car and should not have argued with me every time I said there was something wrong with this car. I was sold a LEMON and now once again I am having to fight to have this car fixed! I love my Hyundai's still, but would NEVER recommend Hyundai of Greeley, well actually, I did once, but never again! Drive to Loveland or even Denver to buy a Hyundai, you won't be treated right at Hyundai of Greeley and/or be sold a Lemon! If you only have the choice of Greeley, then please stay away from the General Manager, Marcus and the service manager Alex.
My daughter has been back and forth on buying a vehicle , since she did not buy the day they wanted Marcus the manager told her when she went back in that... they no longer want her buisness , really ? I worked at this place and it used to be good . I would not recommend anyone waste the time with these old tactics
I have bought two automobiles from Hyundai of Greeley and also the same sale person Scott Adeler, each time has been a pleasure doing business with Scott... and Hyundai of Greeley. Scott is friendly, knowledgeable about 5he product he is selling and very helpful with the technology of blue link and all the programs needed to run the car. We bought a 2018 Sante Fe Sport 2.0t and love it . Scott was a amazing how he took care of all are needs . I will probably buy another car in a few years and hope the Scott will still be their to help us. He makes you feel special and will do what ever it takes to make you happy. I would recommend Scott Adeler to all my family, friends and coworkers. Thank you Scott Adeler, for all the fellow up phone calls and helping us with guestion about the car after we have already bought it and took it off the lot. Bought a nice used Tucson on November 19. Scott was great to work with. No pressure and a great sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone. Signing... all the paperwork was also easy. Great place to work with.

I can't say enough good things about this place! My experience was incredible...I walked in the place a little skeptical that salespeople would pressure... me into buying that day. But it was the opposite. Instead they were informative and helpful without being overbearing...and in the end they had the EXACT Sonata I was hoping to get, so I bought that day. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! I had been eyeing a new Hyundai Santa Fe for a while now, and they had exactly the color/style I wanted, it was awesome. The experience was so easy and... the service was great! SO excited about my new car and I'll be telling all my jealous friends to go to Hyundai of Greeley too!
We really appreciated the treatment and service we experienced at this dealership. We own 2 Honda's and a Toyota RAV4. We were not happy with the service... and poor customer treatment at the dealerships in Fort Collins where we brought our autos. A friend told us about their positive experience at this dealership, they were right! Good work, friendly and very helpful people! We will continue to use them for all our auto needs! Our friends loves her 2012 Hyundai and we have not been happy with our RAV4 at all, we will be using this dealership when we purchase our next auto!
