    I had already made a choice on the vehicle make and model that I wanted to purchase; a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer GT. I live in Florida, but I am able to travel... via air at no expense, so I called local dealerships and dealerships around the country who were advertising this vehicle on line. Of the dealerships I contacted, I was able to secure the best deal and felt most comfortable with South Suburban Mitsubishi in Monee Il and Al Rago the salesman. We conducted the negotiations by phone, e-mail, and FAX. Once I was satisfied with the final negotiated price, I placed a small down payment via credit card then my wife and I flew into Chicago's Midway Airport 4 days later. We were met at the airport by Al the salesman with whom we had dealt with during the negotiations. He drove us to the dealership where we completed the transaction by late afternoon. I provided a personal check for the payment in full and was, in turn, provided the vehicle. My wife and I then drove off to Texas and delivered the vehicle to our youngest son as a gift. The vehicle was lovely and met all my expectations and the transaction was simple and honest. We were treated very pleasantly by the salesman, the owner, and by every employee we met. If my next vehicle is to be a Mitsubishi, they will get the first call from me.

    Amazing service Gage was buy far the best experience I have had at a dealership in years. Earned a forever customer. Love my new car and they go out of... there way to make sure your feeling valued as a customer not just an easy buck to be made like most dealerships no hard sales and they will help get you suted for a vehicle that fits your needs.

    I feel Frank was a Godsend. I don't understand all the new technology, especially with cars. I was driving a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. I bought it with 0... miles back then, and I told them when I walked thru the gate, "I AIN'T TRADING!" , and left it at home in case they tried to get it from me. But Frank never made me feel threatened or pressured. He was too busy spilling the beans about how many wonderful features TODAY'S Mitsubishi's have. My brother and I listened as we went from one lot to another(my request), up one lane and down the next (me with my mouth hung open in shock at how my beloved Mitsubishi had changed) while Frank gave a mini class on Mitsubishi. I KNOW I asked the same questions at least 4 times but was so excited, I didn't realize it till Frank answered those same questions calmly, four times. He is AB SO LUTELY THE BEST!!! and I really do think this place should be renamed: Patience Mitsubishi in Matteson PS:Bryan Krupske in Finance was ** VERY** thorough as well. I can actually look at my paperwork and explain to anyone where the spending was done.
