Please go somewhere else these people will RIP you off...my friend has had nothing but trouble since purchasing a vehicle through them and had to get an attorney to get his money back which he did...so you have been warned...they are on their way out of business...one location has already shut down...
Worst buying experience ever
I bought a truck there about three years ago. They presented me with a "We Owe" statement saying there are items they would fix that I noticed were wrong. They said an O2 sensor was bad and promised to fix it but never did. I have had to get the transmission fixed on this truck as well as numerous other issues. Their track record is so bad that the finance company that they were partnered with won't deal with them any more. Thank goodness I almost have it paid for but will probably have to buy another vehicle (obviously elsewhere) to have something reliable. "Gold Star" is just a name, it is not a standard for providing decent vehicles at a good price.
Tried to contact them about a used car they had, got an automated reply, attempted to email them reguarding the vehicle again and it came back as a faulty email address. Forced to take my buissness elsewhere
Never Returned Call
Never received return call? Interested in buying used car, however would not recommend this dealership. Just not professional.
Horrible. I stop by the dealership because on their website they do not list any prices nor do they list any prices on used car buying apps. After visiting their website there were a total of 14 vehicles I was interested in and when I stop by the dealership all of these had been sold except for two and they were extremely overpriced.
Shady and only good reviews are friend's
Horrible people, bad business ethics, no communication and outdated inventory on website. Keep the sought after cars on the website to look appealing and draw people in long after they are sold. Look at facebook reviews all but 1 are 1 star.
Terrible on going experience with gold star
I read the most current reviews which are all 5 stars You should read older ones which reflect my terrible experience with gold star. First problem after buying car was steering column needed fixing and they took the car for a month before fixing and they set the mileage up 22,000 mikes for 2 months usage. I had originally at 166,000 at purchase. When they repaired the car they set the mileage up to 186,000. I only drive locally . There is no way I put that mileage on the car after several months of usage. They said they put brand new breaks and rotors but they now need to be replaced after 7 months usage. 2006 Chevy equinox I suspect the validity of the 3 recent 5 star ratings based upon my rating and the previous ones .
Gold Star lives up to it's name.
Dealing with Gold Star Motor Co was a very special, and a custom tailored experience. My sales rep. was Patrick, who did far beyond what would be expected to please me. Not only that, but there was routine follow up, to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my experience. This company lives up to it's name, but maybe should be renamed to "Gold 5 Star". Hat's off to you all, and if anyone would ask where I would recommend getting an automobile, I will not hesitate to say Gold Star.
Who can you trust when buying a used vehicle?
I have bought five vehicles from Goldstar motors. When buying a used vehicle you should know that it's not going to be perfect and someone has traded it in because of some minor problem. Thomas and his crew at Goldstar motors stand behind their warranty. Patrick made my buying experience outstanding, everything that we discussed on one of the vehicles was done., my wife loves working with The office manager, I will continue to shop used cars at Goldstar Motors.
Thank You Gold Star
Thank you so much Patrick for your help in getting us into our Honda Pilot. You went out of your way to get us into the vehicle our family needed. We will recomend you to all of our friends
