    Gist of this long review: 120% do not recommend Fenton LS. I had a great expirence with the salesman Keenan but then after getting to finance it went... downhill quickly. I came back not even 24 hours later to change the warranty. Kevin Robinson, the finance guy, told me he could not cancel it (which I knew to be wrong) and also said I could have signed a form via email, after I had drove 40 minutes out of my way to get to Fenton. I even called earlier and he could have told me that over the phone. I asked to speak to a GM. The executive manager John Lopez came in and said Kevin was wrong and I could cancel my warranty and that I also could not have signed over email. So now Kevin has lied to me twice. John asked me why I wanted to cancel and I said I should have done more research and it was a mistake so I decided I didn’t want it. Then he continued to pry for more information as to why I didn’t want the warranty, basically holding the cancelation paper hostage. I said because I do not want it anymore as I explained. Can I sign the paper please and go I have been here for 40 minutes and thought I would be here for 2. Anyways it ended up with him walking out of the room muttering under his breath. When I questioned him about what he said he lost it. Basically threw a mini tantrum in front of everyone in the building. Then he says he was going to void the sale of my car I bought the day before, call the police on me �� and report it stolen. Seriously the most asinine situation & immature grown man I have ever dealt with. I’ve seen multiple bad reviews about John Lopez being rude to other customers so what can you expect. All I can really do now is laugh at how ridiculous the situation was and warn people here and in my life to STAY CLEAR of Kevin and John �� Save yourself the headache & go to one of the other billion car dealerships that don’t have a Kevin or John. Looking forward to the PR response and would possibly consider updating this review after an apology from John Lopez for the way he spoke to me. -update: went back for a copy of the warranty cancelation. Kevin refused to come out and talk to my step dad. We dealt with Adam who was extremely helpful. Not to my surprise the warranty cancellation I signed the day before was nowhere to be found. Talk about a completely shady business.

    Everything you could possibly hate about car buying & more. The most unethical dealership my husband and I have ever worked with. While trying to... close on a pathfinder we were told by Carlos the finance manager that we could use our bank for financing because they don’t make any money if you finance w them. They came back with 7% interest and our bank was 4.3%, when we told them this and that we would be going with our bank if this was the case. Ben our sales man relayed to us over the phone that they could offer us a better rate than our bank at 4.2%. This was fine my husband and I just wanted the deal that made the most sense. When we went to sign the papers we noticed that the math didn’t add up. When we confronted Adam on this, he admitted the best they could do was 4.9%. We were obviously put off guard by this and slightly annoyed with what seemed to be very dishonest behavior when Ben had told us multiple times the interest rate was 4.2%. Besides feeling like we were almost lied into a higher interest rate, my husband and I were find with just taking our bank rate at 4.3% and Adam appeared to be fine with it as well. We told them we would be there with a check in morning, they said that was great and shook hands and left with the buyers order already signed to show our bank. We were barely out of the parking lot when Adam called to rudely tell us they didn’t want to sell us the car at all and the deal was off. No possible negotiation. If at any point they would have come back and negotiated we were completely open to it but it seemed like they were caught in too many lies for this to be possible for them without extreme embarrassment. We are completely disappointed in this facility and are more than annoyed with the day and a half of our time they showed no respect for and wasted. My husband and I are young and both in the medical field, I’m sure in the future we will spend an obscene amount of money on vehicles and they absolutely lost customers that could have been for life. Go somewhere you can trust. I would never tell anyone to go here. Will never go back.

It's never our intention to make our guests feel as though their time was wasted, and we had hoped to find you and Tori the most favorable terms for your buying situation. Our website clearly indicates in the description that buyer must use dealer financing or the price of the vehicle increases by $1,000. There was no further negotiation offered, because we had hoped that you might see that it was clearly a better offer to finance with our lender at 4.9% and have your monthly payment increased by $3/month (about $144 over the life of the loan on the term they specified), than to add an additional $1,000 to the amount financed through your personal bank. While it is correct that Ben had said we could beat Tori's bank's offer and we were ultimately unable to do so, we can definitely understand the frustration that unexpected difference caused. We are sorry to have missed the opportunity to earn your and Tori's business and wish you luck in your buying processes going forward.

    After searching for about 6 months I found the perfect vehicle at within 10 minutes of arriving at Fenton. I test drove the 2016 Nissan Maxima. Fenton... Nissan did an unbelievable job of making the process quick and easy working to accommodate my needs. I did not feel beat driving awayy. I fell very satisfied and happy. Everyday I can't wait to get in my vehicle, and sometimes I just make an excuse to go somewhere just to drive it hah. Fenton Nissan is where I will be buying all of my cars in the future. They have a location in Tiffany springs that I visited once to look at other options it was a little bigger than the LS location but I was greeted with the same desire to fit my needs. Hands down I now have a car dealership I can trust.

    This dealership wasted a day and a half of my daughter and her husband's time trying to scam them into financing directly with them instead of using... their bank at a lower interest rate. After promising to match the lower rate, they lied about their rate and only after my son-in-law sensed something wrong when they went into sign, did he discover they they were trying to get them to sign the financing papers at a higher interest rate than they quoted. THIS IS FRAUD!!! I recommend finding an ethical dealership.

    Had our Altima in for a oil change today they recommend cabin filter change wanted 80$ for service of a less than 20$ filter that means at least 60$ labor... we said no , when they did the oil change my wife watched them start the car and pull it out with out putting the filter or plug back in because oil was pouring out. They think they deserve 60$ labor for changing a filter ???? When she went to get in they had gotten oil inside the car to.

    I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned low mileage 2014 NIssan Xterra from Fenton. I bought online and sight unseen in person - only from online photos.... The vehicle was delivered to me in KY. To say I am thrilled with my Xterra is an understatement. More like ecstatic! Mint condition inside and out and super running condition. Kudos to general manager John Lopez for being attentive to my needs and seeing I received my title in a timely manner.

    I recently purchased a certified pre owned 2014 Nissan Xterra from Fenton Motors sight unseen over the Internet. It was driven to me in south central... Kentucky. To say I am thrilled with this vehicle is an understatement. It is in almost mint condition - looks great and runs great. Kudos to John Lopez the general manager for making this such a great experience and enabling me to obtain my title in such a timely manner

    Spent 8 hours playing there "talk to the manager" game. Which got me no where. I should have left if I had any common sense. the 72 hr no hassle exchange... is a HUGE hassel. Car had defects and damage from the detail crew and I wanted to switch to another. Had a Co worker buy the same car for 3k less and only spent 1 hour at stateline. I will definitely will not be coming back.

    On the 25th of January my wife and I traded in a 2015 Murano for a 2017 Maxima. The payment on our Murana was due in a couple of days but the lady in... the finance office told us not to pay it because they would take care of it with the payoff. After 10 days I checked and it still had not been paid. I called the dealership and they told me that they had fedexed the check. Still nothing for a few more days. I called again on the 15th and once again they said that they had overnighted the check. On the 16th the payment finally showed up on my account so I thought that all was good. On the 27th of February I received a call from the lender saying that I was now 30 days late on my payment. I told them that the payoff was made on the 16th and I was informed that the check was returned for non-sufficient funds. I called Fenton again and was told that they know about the returned checks and that it was a banking error on the part of Fenton's bank. They finally sent a new check on the 28th of February. However, I still have a 30 day late on my credit reports thanks to their mistakes. I have tried repeatedly to talk to someone at Fenton about this situation and they all refer me to the general manager who has yet to return any of my phone calls after repeated messages left on his voice mail. This was my third purchase from Fenton and all had been good until now. I was also going to trade in my 14 titan for a new one but after this incident and no response from management I believe that I will take my business elsewhere.

    Excellent sales and service teams here- this is the second Nissan I have purchased here, and I service all my vehicles here (even other makes), because... they are straight forward, honest, and fair priced.
