    After searching for about 6 months I found the perfect vehicle at within 10 minutes of arriving at Fenton. I test drove the 2016 Nissan Maxima. Fenton Nissan did an unbelievable job of making the process quick and easy working to accommodate my needs. I did not feel beat driving awayy. I fell very satisfied and happy. Everyday I can't wait to get in my vehicle, and sometimes I just make an excuse to go somewhere just to drive it hah. Fenton Nissan is where I will be buying all of my cars in the future. They have a location in Tiffany springs that I visited once to look at other options it was a little bigger than the LS location but I was greeted with the same desire to fit my needs. Hands down I now have a car dealership I can trust.

    Visit/purchase end of Nov. so combination of end of month and black friday sales resulted in a very busy time for sales staff. It took a long time to get paperwork processed, quite a wait for meeting with the finance officer. But everyone was professional and friendly, we found a car we loved, were able to do extensive test drive. Very nice facility. Have had repair work done on our older Nisson and were satisfied.

    I had the pleasure of consulting Chantel Sheppard a saleswoman at the dealership. She was fair and paid attention to my needs as a consumer. She didn't try to sale me for commissions sake. I felt valued and understood. I highly recommend going to see her if you're ready for a customer advocacy experience and knowledge you're spending smart. You won't regret it.

    Chantel Sheppard to me is a very good salesman. When i first came in the building i had no idea what type of car i wanted all i know is i wanted a nice car that saved on gas. Chantel directed me to a very good car saves on gas and the price was not bad at all. if you are looking for a good lookin gas saving car Chantel Sheppard is your woman to see.

    I was very impressed and happy with the customer service I received and the one on one attention the sales woman gave me. Her name was Chantel Shepperd. She was so patient with me and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. I had a ton of questions, as I have 2 young children and I travel quite a bit with them in the summer time. Safety was my #1 concern and Ms. Shepperd had an answer for every thing I needed to know. My purchase was a few months ago, we have taken one road trip already, and I am very pleased with my vehicle and the whole car buying experience I had with Chantel. It's like she knew exactly what car was right for my family and I. I would and have recommended Lee's Summit Nissan to friends amd family. It was truly an enjoyable purchase and experience.

    I was in the market for a new Nissan and wanted to see all the model line ups (Reed Camp) my salesman took the time to show me even when I told him I was a month out from buying, the other dealerships I went to that day blew me off because I wasn't ready to buy today, I will buy a car and it will be from Reed end of story.

    Went on a Friday to catch the memorial day sale, was there before 3pm. Picked a car in less than half an hour, and started negotiations. When they offered me a payment I couldn't afford I declined and wanted to leave. They convinced me to stay and haggled with me for 3 hours. At one point I had 2 people telling me what a piece of junk my current car was and that it was a death trap and that as a matter of safety I needed to buy their car. (I have a 2013 Spark)Then it turned to them needing to sell 10 cars that day and that they were going to go into debt selling me a car and yet they still wanted too. I said no until they came up with a price and payment I could afford. Then they couldn't get me into see someone in financing because they were too busy so they gave me the car and told me to come back the next day. So I did. I was there at 8:30am, no one talked to me for 2hours. Then I was told to wait a little while longer while they tried to get my deal done. 2hours later they finally decided to tell me that they were not going to be able to do my paper work that day but that the car was 100% going to be mine, they would call me when they could get the paper work done. They put dealer tags on the car and sent me home. They didn't call. I went back Tuesday, waited 1 hour to be seen and then to be told that there was no way they could accomplish what they promised. The finance man couldn't believe the sales men would ever promise me what they did and told me that I should not have trusted the sales person. So in short, they let me take the car for nearly 5 days before I finally got them to tell me that I couldn't actually have the car, and then proceeded to lecture me on how my financial case was , and I quote, "a hail marry" that should never made it to financing to begin with. Worst experience at a dealership I have ever had in my life!

    My husband and I went to the new and used dealership today because he was in need of a new Truck. We were walking around on the lots for approximately 35 minutes looking at vehicles and not one person came up to us and offered assistance. He was willing to pay in cash for a new Titan today if he found the right one. we even went inside and made eye contact with multiple sales people, but still no help. The employees seemed more interested in smoking outside and ignoring us. It was not a busy time at the dealership. Very poor service.
