Very friendly, smooth and efficient throughout the

Very friendly, smooth and efficient throughout the process of ordering exactly what we wanted and picking it up two months later - a couple of months earlier than we'd initially been advised. Dillon, our sales agent, kept us informed and handled all our questions easily and with care to get it right. This is the second car we've bought from Kendal, and we'll consider doing it again next time we need one.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience purchasing

My husband and I had a fantastic experience purchasing our Subaru Forester at Kendall Subaru. Our salesperson, Sullivan, was friendly, diligent, and knowledgeable. He seemed very interested in ensuring that I got the car that I wanted and needed. I wanted the touring hybrid model in a specific color combination. Rather than trying to get me to walk off the lot that day with another car, he actually encouraged me to wait for my "dream" vehicle. Throughout the 8 week wait to have my hybrid built, Sullivan reached out to me on a regular basis with information about the production and shipping process. Once my car arrived, Sullivan was patient and thorough in showing me all of the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. I can't more highly recommend a car salesperson or dealership than Sullivan at Kendall Subaru of Eugene!

Brought my 2018 Forester for oil change and through

Brought my 2018 Forester for oil change and through inspection they noticed I and a leak on a value cover, luckily I have a few days left on my warranty. Worked with Sheena Howell she was wonderful to work with kept me well informed on progress with warranty company and repairs.

My experience with Kendall Subaru of Eugene and the staff was a wonderful experience. Jerry Thompson handled the sale and spent several months helping to decide which car was the best fit for me. He was incredibly supportive and patient will all the questions that I had. I could not be more pleased with our new car. This was an excellent experience and by far exceeded my expectations!
