I had an appointment at 4 and got there like at 3:50 and

I had an appointment at 4 and got there like at 3:50 and was able to watch them from the waiting area and was amazed that they were so quick and I was out of there within 25 minutes and everyone was so nice!

General customer Srv when I arrived to desk was not well

General customer Srv when I arrived to desk was not well received. Wait time was tooooo long and was told had 6 in front of me be patient . This is not acceptable I need to get to work and this has happened multiple times when I go to check in.
