Alan Buyer is a class act. Deb Matticio made it the best car buying experience ever. She knows more about the product than anyone I have ever met. She was so helpful. Reasonable on the dreaded trade even. She was evening helping me 10:00pm at night with my new Purchae. Thank you again love my XC60 volvo.

Always have had great service with my Volvos. Any issues were repaired the first time . Would not go to any other make car as this is the 3rd one we have bought.

Deb Matticio, our salesperson was outstanding and the interior of the vehicle was clean and well designed! The technology was “quietly” behind the scene but very intuitive when you wanted to use it. The infotainment screen did not protrude from the top of the dash and clutter your visual field. The interior of the cabin was light from the sunscreen in the roof window instead of an opaque cover. The comfort of the seats was the BEST!

Alan Y Byer Volvo IS INVOLVED IN PREDATORY LENDING. Alan Y Byer Volvo SCREENS "carefully" their customers, which means Alan Y Byer Volvo WILL NOT SELL VOLVO TO ANYONE WITH A VERY GOOD CREDIT. Alan Y Byer Volvo discriminates customers, and run customer's credit check/s without customer's agreement and authorization. Alan Y Byer Volvo uses their general application form at their website to obtain high percentage credit loan/s for their customers from their local 'financial partners-"buddies". Customers are misled that the General application goes directly to Volvo Financial Corporation, thus customers are making aware of the status of their application with Volvo, AFTER offered a high percentage interest loans from local lenders. Alan Y Byer Volvo is involved in DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT PRACTICES, misusing the Volvo Cooporation low percentage's advertisement to make customers applying for credit, while ruining the customers' credit scores with credit searches for car loans without the knowledge of the customer. Most importantly, Alan Y Byer Volvo uses IDme.com, a shady, questionable verification website, which collect all information for the Alan Y Byer Volvo customers, INCLUDING SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS. Then, Alan Y Byer Volvo states the customer is ineligible for Volvo financing, since IDme.com COULD NOT VERIFY THE CUSTOMER. THIS GIVE A LEEWAY for Alan Y Byer Volvo to run multiple credit applications, aiming at higher interests loans from their 'friends-lenders"! In this way Alan Y Byer Volvo ruins customer's credit scores and finances, and it is pushing customers to accept whatever Alan Y Volvo will offer them. "WHAT IS PREDATORY LENDING? ..... any practice that convinces a borrower to accept unfair terms through deceptive, coercive, exploitative or unscrupulous actions for a loan that a borrower doesn’t need, doesn’t want or can’t afford."
