Direct Auto Exchange

I wasn't expecting to ride off that day with the vehicle but you are able to, even with bad credit me and my wife were able to get a GMC Yukon. We had been turned down by a sister company about 3 or 4 times prior and you only took one time at Direct Auto and with the help of its staff and Justin Gibson we were able to trade a car to get a car that we liked because the vehicle we had was no longer usable.

Justin helped me and he was amazing. Going to Direct Auto Exchange gave me independence. Previously I had been riding public transit (Dial a Ride) which I was grateful for but having independence you can't beat that feeling. When I arrived at Direct Auto Exchange I had repo's and poor credit but Justin helped me get started on a new beginning and now I can build positive credit now. My daughter even bought a vehicle from Direct Auto Exchange after she seen how I was treated. We are a Direct Auto Exchange family!

My experience was great! I worked with Ryan and Tyrone and they were so friendly and helpful so much so a year later we came back and bought another vehicle from them. We are now looking for a specific vehicle for our daughter's graduation and they are on the hunt for us!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who does not want to deal with those sales people you can tell are just looking for commision!

I had a great experience with direct auto exchange. I didn't have a car at the time and when I went there, I walked out with keys in my hand. My sales person Freddie was very helpful and nice and answered any questions or concerns I had. The other staff as well were very friendly and helpful.
