    We pulled into the Service Center and was greeted by Klarrisa Kee, then Matt Wagner and Blake Bredeman, both Service Advisors, worked their majic and before we could finish the donut and coffee, our van was fixed! They also offered expert advise on trouble shooting in the future. What a great team at Fort's Toyota in North Pekin.

    This is the second time that I have bought a car from Fort's Toyota. The salesman that worked with me, Eric Kells, was wonderful. I went back on 3 separate days and he was patient and test drove quite a few vehicles with me. The finance guy, Eric Randleman, was awful! He was rude and wasn't knowledgeable at all. He told me wrong information at least twice that I can remember and when I tried correcting him, he actually argued with me and the person who was with me. If I had the option to give him no stars, I would! Other than him, my experience was great!

    I drove up from Springfield about an hour and half drive to purchase the Camry. All went well during the buying process but the side moldings were put on crooked. Love the car but all I see is the crooked installation of the moldings now. If they had been put on correctly, 5 stars all the way!

    Found a vehicle on their website, drove 3 hours to the location to purchase the vehicle, got all of the paperwork ready to be signed and then the general manager said we can't sell the vehicle to you because it was mistakenly priced too cheap on the internet. Was then told actually the vehicle wasn't even ready to be sold and was missing a part. Even when we had a paper they had given us to assure us everything on it had been fixed. Again, someone made the mistake of posting it on the internet and now it isn't ready to be sold. Got back on the internet and mysteriously the price was increased to the new amount. Checked several times the remainder of the afternoon and into the evening and the vehicle remained on the website for sale..... thought it wasn't ready to be sold and there was a part missing?! Buyer beware!

    I bought my 2013 Tundra from Bob, the nicest salesman, (deceased) who knew his product well. I had all my service work done as scheduled, on time, with Fort's. Didn't seem to be a problem. I thought all my work was being done. One time I was told my brakes had 50 percent and my tires that also. Since I had a trip coming up, in a few months, and pull a trailer, figured I'd have new brakes and tires done to be on the safe side. Time for my next oil change comes up. (For a month, I'd been slowly loosing air in my left rear tire and hubby would put air in). I took to Fort's for oil change, check and fix left rear tire and rotate tires. When I checked out, I asked if tire had been fixed. I was told by Chad nothing had been found wrong. I said it had been losing air for a month! I also questioned about the brakes and this time they were supposedly fine! So now I'm REALLY confused! $80. Some dollars. I just left. Did they DO anything? A week later, LEFT REAR tire is low of air again!!! My husband called, got service manager, Eric. Was told truck tires were rotated, he had on video and truck was up on rack. Husband said couldn't have been done. Eric then said there were 2 trucks just alike that day and he'd call us back. He called back and said we were correct, they weren't rotated because they knew we were going to be replacing tires soon! Unbelievable! I said, "but you charged me for it!" He said he thought it was an honest mistake. He agreed to send a check for the rotation cost, which they did....but not an apology at all, was included!!! NEVER WILL WE DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AGAIN!!! How do I know they changed my oil all those times I took it there? Rotated the tires? Who knows?

    Found a used traverse we realy wanted as ours had been totaled and they wouldn't move on the price so when we decided to just give them asking price because we needed a vehicle they tried every trick in there book and refused the words i dont want it, to sell us additional warranties. We drove a hour and 45 minutes to pick it up and they wouldnt fill it up with gas and they lost our registration. Just a bad over all experience i would have left if we weren't in a bind and i feel like they took advantage of us
