Wasn’t advised I needed a front end alignment. That was an extra $100 added onto new tires, rotors and brakes. Would have liked to been told ahead of time. I always have good service and I appreciate the service. Just slightly caught off guard by this.

Good, honest people work for Fort's Toyota. I went in for an oil change and a cracked radiator was discovered. The service department contacted the extended warranty company and my radiator was totally covered.

First recommended $900 repair. Then found nothing wrong. The problem is not fixed. Will continue to monitor the problem.

The Prius that came in had initially asked us to look for a vibration when braking. We did check and found that the front and rear brakes are bad. All pads and Rotors need to be replaced. After a call from someone in your family, it was further described as a full-time vibration. At that point, we used a scan tool and found a #2 cylinder misfire code was in the history of your ECU. While it was not active during the visit, it could be THE problem. Chad drove the car extensively to try and recreate the problem. All of this, we did free of charge. Keep us posted on the misfire, but let us know if we can help on those brakes.

Thank you. The problem was not vibration with braking, it was at speeds over 50 mph. Will continue to monitor.
