Nothing really to say good or bad .

Nothing really to say good or bad . Therefore I can’t recommend them .,my dealing with them were over a specific vehicle. Waited several days for a response , then told vehicle went to auction . That’s it

I negotiated the deal with Anil (sales mgr) by phone as I

I negotiated the deal with Anil (sales mgr) by phone as I live 4.5 hours from the dealership. I asked him to give me an out the door price to include all taxes and fees , he agreed to do so. When I sat down with Marci (finance) she told me they would bill me for the county property tax . They charged me $500 for a "title company" that would do the registration paperwork and obtain the tag. When I asked why did they not call the title company and ask about the county tax she said "we don't do that " . At that point I was upset , she left the office and came back to tell me that the owner of the dealership refused to pay my county tax . I was then even more upset because I never asked for that and told her so. He answer was " well , do you want the car or not? I don't have time I have another customer waiting " . I left her office and called my wife to discuss the situation with her. Afterward , I saw she spoke with a man I later found out was Anil . I sat down with him in another office and again reiterated my concern about the county tax not being included . He went on to tell me how hard he had to work to put this deal together and how I didn't appreciate that . I think he was trying to make me feel guilty so I would stop complaining. In the end I bought the car . Rob (salesman) briefly explained some of the car's features but never discussed warranty or service schedule etc. I had to stop several times on the way home to figure out how to get things to work ie cruise control etc . After reaching home , I discovered a delivery checklist inside one of the manuals which should have been gone through with me including explaining warranty , service , roadside assistance etc none of which happened. In hindsight I wish I'd paid a little more and bought my car elsewhere and avoided this experience .

In 2017 I purchased a Camry from Warrenton Toyota. Since then I have taken my vehicle to the Warrenton Toyota Service Department. The department completes each call in consistent and thorough manner, while providing friendly and courteous service. I would not think of switching.

Great service

Although I did not end up buying my car from this dealer, I recommend highly the salesman Marcos. He was honest, fair, and went well beyond in helping me learn about the car. Much appreciated.
